Smart LED light strips
Hey, just wanted to let you know, if you're thinking about getting some smart LED light strips, maybe consider getting them from a different place. The customer service and policies there aren't that great, so it's probably better to go with a more reliable store. That being said, I have to admit, most of their products are actually pretty good.
LED Strip Lights
I got my LED strip lights super fast after ordering them, but man, the delivery was a mess. Royal Mail said they tried to deliver, but I ain't see nobody. Even my Ring doorbell didn't pick up a thing. Maybe Govee should go with DPD or Evri next time. But gotta say, Govee's own service was top-notch!
RGBICWW Cylinder Floor Lamp
I've been a customer of this company for years, and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. Just had a little problem with an order recently, but they sorted it out right quick. Now, let's talk about their new product, the RGBICWW Cylinder Floor Lamp. This lamp is amazing - the color options are endless and it's super user-friendly. I love that I can connect it to Alexa and Amazon with no hassle. Setting it up is a piece of cake, took me only about 5 minutes to get it up and running. Overall, I definitely suggest checking out this awesome new floor lamp.
LED strip lights
I bought some LED strip lights, and they started getting dim pretty quickly, just a few months after I got them. I reached out to customer service by submitting a ticket, and I only got one response after waiting for two weeks. But, I haven't heard anything back since then. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company after my experience.
My dope room lights
Wow, these room lights are amazing! They add such a cool vibe to my room with all the different colors and settings. I'm definitely going to get more of these in the future.
LED strip lights
I bought these LED strip lights and I was pretty impressed at first with how bright and colorful they were. But then, after using them for a bit, I realized that the sticky stuff it came with wasn't strong enough to hold the lights in place. They kept falling off and it was really annoying. I had to switch out the adhesive for something stronger to make sure the lights stayed put.
Smart home devices
As someone who bought some smart home gadgets, I gotta say the whole experience was pretty decent. Ordering was easy and I could easily pick out what I wanted. But, gotta be honest, sometimes the devices don't work as well as I'd like. They're usually fine, but there were a few times when they let me down. Still, the customer service team is always ready to help and fix any problems that come up. As for the prices, I think they're fair for what you get. The delivery was quick and everything arrived in good shape. Overall, I'd think about buying from this brand again, hoping for better reliability next time.
Bedroom decor
I just bought some stuff for my bedroom decor and let me tell ya, I'm super impressed. The graphics and visuals are unreal, and my bedroom looks totally different now thanks to these products. The only downside I found was a few glitches with the app when I used it on my iPad. But all in all, I would totally suggest these products to anyone wanting to spruce up their living spaces.
WiFi thermometer for my plant room
Hey, I picked up this amazing wifi thermometer for my plants and I'm loving it! The shipping was super quick, and when I had trouble getting it set up, the customer service folks were really helpful. Maybe I just didn't read the instructions right, but they were really chill about it.
Dumb led lights
The LED lights I purchased were so frustrating, they kept changing to a yellowish-green color when all I wanted was orange lights. I tried reaching out to customer service through email for assistance, but all they did was keep asking for videos that I had already sent four times! It's clear they are trying to scam people and their product is absolutely terrible.
LED strip lights
I recently bought some LED strip lights from this website and paid through a third-party platform. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it didn't meet my expectations, so I decided to return it within the given time. However, the website wouldn't take the return, so they sent it back to me. Even though I gave all the necessary proof of returning it, both the website and the payment platform were not helpful at all. It was really frustrating to deal with automated responses asking for more proof, only to have them say it wasn't enough. To top it off, they turned the invoice back on, added late fees, and the whole thing just kept dragging on. It was like a never-ending cycle of blaming each other between the two companies, leaving me caught in the middle, dealing with their inability to resolve the problem.
Smart LED light strip
Honestly, I was super impressed with the Smart LED light strip. It was really well-made, simple to set up, and looked awesome once I got it all set up. I was pleasantly surprised by how easily it connected with my Alexa, making it even more handy to use. The price was totally reasonable, especially with all the neat features it comes with. From ordering to delivery, everything went really smoothly. I'm definitely thinking about getting another one of their products down the road.
Lighted LED Strip
I am really upset about the Lighted LED Strip I bought from this company. It was not a good experience with their customer service and the items were damaged because they were packaged poorly. When I contacted them about this problem, they only offered a small refund and didn't mention anything about replacing the damaged items. It's disappointing how little they seem to care about their customers. I suggest others steer clear of buying from this company.
LED light strips
I bought some LED light strips from this company and they were really good quality and super easy to install. The delivery came really quickly, which was a nice surprise, and the product was even better than I expected. But, I did run into a small problem - some of the accessories that were on the European site weren't available on the UK site. I also couldn't buy extra Sticky Pads for the Hexa Panels, which was annoying because they have a special design that you can't find in regular stores. I tried contacting Customer Service for some extras, but unfortunately, I didn't get any.
Paid for but not received
I ordered something, paid for it, got a confirmation and shipping notice. But then out of the blue, the shipment, which was already on its way according to the tracking, got cancelled. Govee isn't answering my messages anymore and now I'm out of cash, at least for the time being.
String lights
Customer service is just terrible, eh? Two of my string light packs are complete duds, with one of them even having water inside even though it's supposed to be waterproof. It's honestly so frustrating, eh?
RGB LED strip lights
Man, I am loving these LED lights in my room! They make it look like a constant party in here, so cool. I enjoy changing up the colors to fit my mood or just for fun. The remote control makes it a breeze to use, and the adhesive sticks to my walls really well. Had a bit of a problem with one of the lights, but when I reached out to customer service, they were so helpful and sent me a replacement right away. Overall, an awesome experience!

I had an issue with the LED strip I bought, so I decided to reach out to customer service. They were quick to respond and ended up sending me a replacement within just 2 days. The service was amazing and the product itself is of really good quality as well. Great experience overall!
Rapid replacement of broken item
I just had to get a replacement for something I bought that broke real quick. I called customer service to let them know, and guess what? They had a new one sent to me in only 2 days, no extra charge. I was so amazed at how fast and smooth the whole thing went, and the customer service was top-notch. It made my life a whole lot easier. I'm definitely sticking with this company for my shopping needs from now on. Thanks a bunch!
Replacement order never received
I got sent a new order but it hasn't shown up at my place. I've tried to contact the company many times on social media, through emails, and calling them, but I've been totally ignored. This lack of communication and help has made me feel super frustrated and let down by their customer service. I haven't heard anything about my missing order and it seems like they're not listening to my problems at all.
