Smart home devices
As someone who bought some smart home gadgets, I gotta say the whole experience was pretty decent. Ordering was easy and I could easily pick out what I wanted. But, gotta be honest, sometimes the devices don't work as well as I'd like. They're usually fine, but there were a few times when they let me down. Still, the customer service team is always ready to help and fix any problems that come up. As for the prices, I think they're fair for what you get. The delivery was quick and everything arrived in good shape. Overall, I'd think about buying from this brand again, hoping for better reliability next time.
Twin Pack Bulbs
I bought a two-pack of smart light bulbs recently and I'm quite happy with how they've been working. Setting them up was simple and I had no problems getting them to connect to my Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, after about three days, one of the bulbs stopped working and I couldn't fix it no matter what I tried. I contacted customer support by email and they got back to me in just two days with some things to try. Their suggestions didn't work, so I told them and they quickly sent me a new bulb, which got to me in three days. The replacement bulb is working great, and I'm pleased with how it all turned out.
LED light strips
I bought some LED light strips from this company and they were really good quality and super easy to install. The delivery came really quickly, which was a nice surprise, and the product was even better than I expected. But, I did run into a small problem - some of the accessories that were on the European site weren't available on the UK site. I also couldn't buy extra Sticky Pads for the Hexa Panels, which was annoying because they have a special design that you can't find in regular stores. I tried contacting Customer Service for some extras, but unfortunately, I didn't get any.
RGBICWW Cylinder Floor Lamp
I've been a customer of this company for years, and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. Just had a little problem with an order recently, but they sorted it out right quick. Now, let's talk about their new product, the RGBICWW Cylinder Floor Lamp. This lamp is amazing - the color options are endless and it's super user-friendly. I love that I can connect it to Alexa and Amazon with no hassle. Setting it up is a piece of cake, took me only about 5 minutes to get it up and running. Overall, I definitely suggest checking out this awesome new floor lamp.
Smart LED light strips
Hey, just wanted to let you know, if you're thinking about getting some smart LED light strips, maybe consider getting them from a different place. The customer service and policies there aren't that great, so it's probably better to go with a more reliable store. That being said, I have to admit, most of their products are actually pretty good.

I got my LED strip lights super fast after ordering them, but man, the delivery was a mess. Royal Mail said they tried to deliver, but I ain't see nobody. Even my Ring doorbell didn't pick up a thing. Maybe Govee should go with DPD or Evri next time. But gotta say, Govee's own service was top-notch!
LED strip lights purchase
I just bought some LED strip lights from this company and they were not working properly. I sent an email to their customer service and they got back to me on the same day, which was great. They offered to send me a new one for free, no questions asked, just wanted me to send a video showing the problem. The customer service person I talked to was really nice and helpful, and they helped me out a lot. This was definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, and it makes me feel good about buying from them again in the future.

I reached out to customer service by submitting a ticket, and I only got one response after waiting for two weeks. But, I haven't heard anything back since then. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company after my experience.
My dope room lights
Wow, these room lights are amazing! They add such a cool vibe to my room with all the different colors and settings. I'm definitely going to get more of these in the future.

I bought these LED strip lights and I was pretty impressed at first with how bright and colorful they were. But then, after using them for a bit, I realized that the sticky stuff it came with wasn't strong enough to hold the lights in place. They kept falling off and it was really annoying. I had to switch out the adhesive for something stronger to make sure the lights stayed put.
Bedroom decor
I just bought some stuff for my bedroom decor and let me tell ya, I'm super impressed. The graphics and visuals are unreal, and my bedroom looks totally different now thanks to these products. The only downside I found was a few glitches with the app when I used it on my iPad. But all in all, I would totally suggest these products to anyone wanting to spruce up their living spaces.

Hey, I picked up this amazing wifi thermometer for my plants and I'm loving it! The shipping was super quick, and when I had trouble getting it set up, the customer service folks were really helpful. Maybe I just didn't read the instructions right, but they were really chill about it.
Dumb led lights
The LED lights I purchased were so frustrating, they kept changing to a yellowish-green color when all I wanted was orange lights. I tried reaching out to customer service through email for assistance, but all they did was keep asking for videos that I had already sent four times! It's clear they are trying to scam people and their product is absolutely terrible.

I recently bought some LED strip lights from this website and paid through a third-party platform. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it didn't meet my expectations, so I decided to return it within the given time. However, the website wouldn't take the return, so they sent it back to me. Even though I gave all the necessary proof of returning it, both the website and the payment platform were not helpful at all. It was really frustrating to deal with automated responses asking for more proof, only to have them say it wasn't enough. To top it off, they turned the invoice back on, added late fees, and the whole thing just kept dragging on. It was like a never-ending cycle of blaming each other between the two companies, leaving me caught in the middle, dealing with their inability to resolve the problem.
Lighted LED Strip
I am really upset about the Lighted LED Strip I bought from this company. It was not a good experience with their customer service and the items were damaged because they were packaged poorly. When I contacted them about this problem, they only offered a small refund and didn't mention anything about replacing the damaged items. It's disappointing how little they seem to care about their customers. I suggest others steer clear of buying from this company.
Paid for but not received
I ordered something, paid for it, got a confirmation and shipping notice. But then out of the blue, the shipment, which was already on its way according to the tracking, got cancelled. Govee isn't answering my messages anymore and now I'm out of cash, at least for the time being.
