Delivery arrived on time, packaging fine, but the lights started failing after about six months — one by one. Customer service actually responds and is helpful, but it's tiring to open tickets for every unit. I’ve had better warranty follow‑up from other suppliers; I'm a bit frustrated.

I didn’t plan to get emotional about LED strips, funny enough, but there I was — halfway up a ladder thinking, “this is worth it.” I wanted new exterior lighting because the old set looked sad and brittle and I kept tripping over extension cords; plus I like having the porch look put together, especially in the evenings when I’m sitting with tea. I’m not exactly quick with tech these days, so it took me over a week to get nine strands up around the house. I tested each strand as I went, or at least I thought I did. I checked that they lit up, but I didn’t go through every single colour. Rookie move.
