I first saw these TV backlights on a friend's story — he actually tipped me, so I ordered the 75–85” set, but Govve shipped the 55–65” one. I sent photos like they asked and used the return label; posted it back, proof of postage and all, and then crickets for two weeks. I started bugging them, worried I'd never see the money. The moment the refund finally appeared in my account I honestly exhaled so loud my dog looked up — that’s when I felt satisfied. Still annoyed about the hassle and zero updates, but hey, money back and lesson learned. Also wish they'd cover the return postage next time, less faff.

I recently bought some LED strip lights from this website and paid through a third-party platform. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it didn't meet my expectations, so I decided to return it within the given time. However, the website wouldn't take the return, so they sent it back to me. Even though I gave all the necessary proof of returning it, both the website and the payment platform were not helpful at all. It was really frustrating to deal with automated responses asking for more proof, only to have them say it wasn't enough. To top it off, they turned the invoice back on, added late fees, and the whole thing just kept dragging on. It was like a never-ending cycle of blaming each other between the two companies, leaving me caught in the middle, dealing with their inability to resolve the problem.

I am really upset about the Lighted LED Strip I bought from this company. It was not a good experience with their customer service and the items were damaged because they were packaged poorly. When I contacted them about this problem, they only offered a small refund and didn't mention anything about replacing the damaged items. It's disappointing how little they seem to care about their customers. I suggest others steer clear of buying from this company.
