CommunicationI got sent a new order but it hasn't shown up at my place. I've tried to contact the company many times on social media, through emails, and calling them, but I've been totally ignored. This lack of communication and help has made me feel super frustrated and let down by their customer service. I haven't heard anything about my missing order and it seems like they're not listening to my problems at all.
