Long-time customer, effective products, friendly customer service, occasional sales
As a customer who's been sticking with this brand for well over twenty years now, I gotta say, the stuff from this skincare line really does the trick. I'm 71 and still getting compliments on my skin all thanks to using Paula's Choice products religiously. The customer service team has always been super nice and helpful whenever I've had questions or issues. Gotta be honest, prices might seem a bit steep at first, especially for newbies. But, making use of their sales and discounts makes their products more budget-friendly and totally worth it given how well they work.

Comfortable and stable shoes for long distance walking
The shoes I got from this store are just amazing. Me and my sister went on a three-week trip across Europe, hopping on trains, buses, and ferries to different cities like London, Paris, Barcelona, Badajoz, Lisbon, Porto, Santiago de Compostela, and more. Our shoes from this store kept our feet comfy and supported throughout our adventure. We were walking up to 10 miles a day, in all kinds of conditions, but our shoes never let us down. Even with my flat feet and bunion, these shoes kept me going without any pain. I'm so thankful for these shoes, they really helped us explore all those incredible places.

Two watches gifted, battery problems
I got two watches as gifts and they both seem to go through batteries every 6 months! I tried to let the company know about the problem and they sort of ignored me. I even purchased the lifetime battery plan from a major retailer, but now they're claiming it's the watch movements that are the issue! I rarely wear them outside the house, but whenever I do try to put them on, they're not running! I wouldn't suggest these watches at all. My £17 casino watch from Argos gets more attention from me every day.

Return policy appreciation
I really appreciate the return policy, but I have to admit that I think the sizing needs a bit of improvement. I found that the products I got kind of squished everything together, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable and not very supported. It would be awesome to have more choices for women with bigger cup sizes and smaller bands.

I bought this locket with my mom's picture and it got sent to the wrong mailbox or maybe even taken. I got in touch with customer service and they were so helpful and nice about it. Auto-renewal issue
Aimee, the customer service rep, was amazing! I accidentally signed up for auto-renewal last year, which I never do. I got in touch with customer service and Aimee helped me out. She cancelled the auto-renewal and got me a refund in just 4 minutes. I was so impressed with how fast and well she dealt with my problem. I'm gonna tell all my friends about this service, and I think Aimee should get a promotion or some kind of shout-out for her awesome customer service. Thanks a bunch, iMyFone!

Vitacost order issue
So, I ordered some things from this website and it was pretty good until I ran into an issue with a promo code. They gave me a code for 20% off, but when I went to use it, it said that someone else beat me to it. I tried to reach out to customer service, but they were no help - just some folks from overseas who couldn't even check their emails. They suggested that I go ahead and place the order, then call back later for my 20% refund. Yeah, as if I'm gonna fall for that, c'mon now.

Lifetime guarantee screen protector
This screen protector with a lifetime guarantee was such a letdown. I thought it would last a good while, but it ended up cracking after only 3 months, even though I didn't even drop it. I reached out to customer service and had to wait for over a month for a replacement because it was out of stock. And to add to the frustration, I had to pay for shipping for the new one. Finally got it, but it was a pain trying to put it on without those pesky bubbles, and it got messed up just from my attempts. Should've gone with Casetify instead.
