Unauthorized charges on my card
I've been charged by this company on my card without my permission two times already. I didn't buy anything from them and now I can't figure out how to cancel my account on their website. It's a big problem that needs to be fixed right away.
Vitamin C supplements
So, I ordered some supplements online for the first time and when they arrived, I noticed that one of the Vitamin C bottles had a broken seal. It's kind of disappointing, you know? The people who are packing and storing these products need to be more careful to make sure everything stays safe and secure.
Recent purchase - Hit or miss
Vitacost was always my go-to for ordering stuff - they had awesome prices, great products, and top-notch customer service. Lately though, things have gone downhill. The prices and products are still solid, but getting your order on time is hit or miss now. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's a total joke compared to what it used to be. It's a real bummer to see such a drop in quality from a company that used to be fantastic.
Vitamins and supplements
I've been a dedicated customer of Vitacost for years, but I'm really disappointed with the recent changes to their delivery and stock availability. Before, I used to choose my own delivery service by paying for shipping, but now Vitacost decides which service to use. The problem is that the off-brand service they use delivers my orders in the evening without letting me know, which has led to theft. On top of that, Vitacost is often out of stock of their own branded items that I need. When I try to sort out any issues through their Resolution Center, I just get frustrated and face delays. It's not the same company or service I used to trust and rely on.
Organic and Eco-Friendly Products
I've been shopping at this store for more than 6 years now, and I usually come in about 4 to 12 times a year. I really like all the organic and eco-friendly stuff they have, especially in the beauty, cleaning, and laundry sections. I also love getting food like Jovial pasta, Bragg's products, Bob's Red Mill gluten-free options, Lakewood juices, and Chocolove chocolate. But a couple of times my stuff arrived all banged up because it wasn't packed properly. I got in touch with customer service, sent them some pics of the damaged goods, and I was happy to see them refund my money real quick.
Reasonably priced, quick delivery
I gotta say, I had a great time shopping at Vitacost. You know how these days a lot of places are jacking up their prices and making you spend more for free shipping? Well, not Vitacost. They've kept their prices fair and still get your order to you fast. And when they have those site-wide sales, it's even better! Their quick delivery makes shopping so easy and I really like how efficient they are.
Chips/snacks order with broken salsa
Vitacost has really let me down recently, my latest order was such a disaster. I got mostly chips and snacks during their Cinco de Mayo deal, hoping to get some goodies at a discount. But when my order showed up, the only glass item in the box, a jar of salsa, was smashed and spilled all over everything else. The packaging was lousy and clearly didn't do a good job protecting the glass jar while it was being shipped. And to top it all off, when I brought the box inside, it was crawling with ants! I spent an hour cleaning up the mess and getting rid of ants, worried that my kitchen would be infested.
I used to shop at another store but decided to give Vitacost a try because I heard they had good deals. Turns out, they weren't always the cheapest and I learned they're owned by a huge company making billions. I'd rather support smaller businesses than give money to those giants. Vitacost is amazing! I don't understand why people complain about them. I've been ordering from them for ages - like over 12 years. Whenever I order, my stuff arrives super quick, like within a day or two. The prices are pretty good too. Sometimes they even have sales where you can get like 12%-20% off your order! How cool is that?<br><br>A couple of months ago, I made a big order with Vitacost. But guess what? Someone took my package from the lobby! I was so sad. But when I reached out to Vitacost, they were so kind. They sent me a whole new package with everything inside, no questions asked, and no extra charges. Plus, it arrived the next day! How awesome is that customer service?<br><br>I've never had any problems with Vitacost. Seriously, every order I've placed has been perfect. I'm definitely sticking with them for all my future orders.
Recent successful orders
I used to be a regular customer of this online store, but I had to stop because the service quality was going downhill. Excellent sales but poor delivery
So I bought some stuff from this company recently and the sales and products were fine, but man, oh man, delivery was a nightmare. OnTrac, the courier service they used, gave me no updates or wrong updates, and left my boxes outside late at night, no protection or nothing. Some of my stuff ended up damaged because of it, thanks to all the rough handling. I tried reaching out to Vitacost customer service a bunch of times, even talked to a supervisor, but OnTrac just couldn't get it together.
Organic food purchase
I really love Vitacost because they have the best ORGANIC food for staying healthy! The prices are so great and everything is wrapped up nicely. On top of that, they deliver right to my house, which is awesome because the mailman doesn't come to my door. The staff are also super friendly and always willing to help. Vitacost is definitely the top spot for getting healthy food!
Supplement purchase
I recently bought some supplements from this store, and let me tell you, I was let down. They always promote these discount codes that say you'll save 15-20%, but the truth is, they jack up the prices before using the discount. So, it looks like you're getting a great deal, but you're really not. I checked prices with other stores, like Amazon, and turns out, most of the time, their prices were even higher. Just a heads up to watch out for this sneaky trick and don't be fooled by their fake discounts.
No product delivery
My order didn't show up when it was supposed to and the customer service didn't do anything to help. I've been shopping with them for over 10 years and this time was a letdown.

Online order mix-up
I had a frustrating experience with an online order I made on Vitacost. I placed the order on May 7th but changed my mind on May 8th and cancelled it. Right away, I made a new order. But even though they said I'd get a credit in 3 to 5 days for the canceled order, it's been over two weeks and I still haven't seen it on my credit card. The customer service people haven't been very helpful, giving me vague answers and always changing when I can expect the credit. I had to get my credit card company involved and file a complaint to try and fix the problem. It's really disappointing to see them lacking efficiency and not taking responsibility for customer concerns.
Health and wellness products
I'm absolutely shocked by the terrible experience I had with this company. I've been a loyal customer for years, but the quality of service has seriously declined. When I got my order recently, only one out of the 15 items I ordered was in the box – can you believe that? And to top it off, there was a random My Pillow catalog thrown in there. When I reached out to customer service, they insisted that all items were shipped together in one box. Are they not paying attention at all? The incompetence of the packing and shipping department is just mind-blowing. I expect better from a company that I've trusted for so long.

Vitacost order issue
So, I ordered some things from this website and it was pretty good until I ran into an issue with a promo code. They gave me a code for 20% off, but when I went to use it, it said that someone else beat me to it. I tried to reach out to customer service, but they were no help - just some folks from overseas who couldn't even check their emails. They suggested that I go ahead and place the order, then call back later for my 20% refund. Yeah, as if I'm gonna fall for that, c'mon now.

I just ordered some almond butter, peppermint liquid soap, lavender and sage spray, and vinegar from this online store. It was so easy to find everything I needed for my pantry. The packaging was great, no leaks or problems at all. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into my order. Thanks so much!
Organic/Non-Gmo products
I've been a loyal customer of this online shop for years, buying Organic/Non-Gmo stuff at reasonable prices and enjoying savings. Despite a few hiccups with some orders, my overall experience with this shop has been positive. I love getting the best deals when my order qualifies for free shipping, and recently, my last two orders arrived earlier than expected. I know some people have had bad experiences with delivery and orders, but hey, no store is perfect. Stuff goes through lots of hands before it gets to you, so mistakes can happen. I did have a bit of trouble with a famous mega-store recently, but I'll still keep buying from them because they sell good stuff, and it was their first big mistake.
