I gotta say, as someone who shopped at Ninacloak, I really wish I had done more digging before making a purchase. The stuff I bought took so much longer to show up than I thought, and when they finally arrived, they weren't even close to what I was expecting. The fabric was totally different, the sizes were way off, and even though I paid a lot to send most of it back, I only got back some of my money. The clothes were not great quality, some shrank or looked weird after just one wash. It was a massive waste of money and time dealing with all the returns and trying to argue about the charges.

I used to be a regular customer of this online store, but I had to stop because the service quality was going downhill. However, I decided to give them another shot and recently made three orders - and everything went super smoothly. For years, I've been suggesting that the company ship products in bulk to prevent damages, and I was happy to see that both of my recent orders arrived without any broken glass bottles. This change not only saves money for the company but also helps customers like me a lot. Overall, my experience with Vitacost has gotten a lot better, and now I'm a happy customer again.

Backpack purchase
I bought a backpack a few weeks back and now I kinda wish I hadn't. I came across some bad reviews online and now I'm worried that my package won't even arrive. I attempted to track it, but there's been no updates - like, how am I supposed to figure out where it is? I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed and hope it arrives soon. At least it wasn't super pricey, so I'll just wait and see what happens.
