I recently bought these shoes that I thought were really nice and expensive. Everything seemed good at first because the order was quickly marked as "ready to ship." But it turned into a mess when the shoes never actually got shipped for delivery. I expect things to be smooth and reliable when it comes to shipping, especially for fancy stuff like this. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but I had to wait way longer than they said before I could even talk to someone. I was pretty disappointed and annoyed by their lack of proactive service. It's not cool that the shoes didn't even leave the warehouse when they said they would.

Don't bother with those shoes, eh? I thought they'd be comfy, but man, what a letdown. I was hoping for more support, but they felt like walking on concrete. Save your cash and find some better kicks, bud.
