Expensive shoes
I recently bought these shoes that I thought were really nice and expensive. Everything seemed good at first because the order was quickly marked as "ready to ship." But it turned into a mess when the shoes never actually got shipped for delivery. I expect things to be smooth and reliable when it comes to shipping, especially for fancy stuff like this. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but I had to wait way longer than they said before I could even talk to someone. I was pretty disappointed and annoyed by their lack of proactive service. It's not cool that the shoes didn't even leave the warehouse when they said they would.

New jewelry
I recently got some new jewelry and it's just adorable! I've bought stuff from them a few times now and every time it looks exactly like the pictures on their website. I'll for sure continue to order from them. The only thing is that sometimes the shipping can take a bit long, especially if it's a custom piece. Plus, the clasps on the necklaces and bracelets can get a bit gross at times, but they do give you a heads up to keep it dry, so it's kinda on me. But besides that, I'm really loving it!
