Necklace purchase
Don't bother ordering from this place, eh. I ordered a necklace but never got it. They just kept giving me excuses about customization and then tried to make up for it with a $25 voucher for next time. Like, why would I want to order from them again after that awful experience? Just a total waste of time and money, honestly.
Custom piece and another item
I just bought a custom piece and another item from this online store in August. I wasn't in a hurry to get them, so I waited patiently. By the start of October, I still hadn't gotten my order, so I contacted customer service for an update. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and gave me tracking details within a few hours. Even though it took a while, the items finally showed up, and I was really impressed with the quality. They were nicely made and looked just like they did on the website. I'll definitely be buying from this store again in the future.
Delayed shipping disaster
Honestly, it's such a waste ordering from this place. The first time was fine, but every time after that has been a disaster. I can't handle all these delays and excuses anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another place to shop.

This made me question if the company was legit, it felt like a scam. While I don't plan on buying from them again, I will say my experience wasn't as horrible as some reviews made it seem.

Let me tell you, dealing with this jewelry brand was a complete nightmare. I got a necklace during a promotion and it took a whole month to finally arrive at my house. By that time, the event I wanted to wear it to had already happened. When I tried to cancel my order after three weeks of waiting, they flat-out refused to give me a refund. Can you believe it? And don't even get me started on their condescending tone in all our email conversations. Calling me names like "babe" or "sweetie" doesn't make it okay that the necklace broke after just one time wearing it.

I recently got some new jewelry and it's just adorable! I've bought stuff from them a few times now and every time it looks exactly like the pictures on their website. I'll for sure continue to order from them. The only thing is that sometimes the shipping can take a bit long, especially if it's a custom piece. Plus, the clasps on the necklaces and bracelets can get a bit gross at times, but they do give you a heads up to keep it dry, so it's kinda on me. But besides that, I'm really loving it!

I absolutely loved the choker necklace and hoop earrings I got from this store. They looked just like they did in the pictures online, fit perfectly, and the quality was really good for the price. The necklace itself was not good quality, people are saying it's cheap, breaks easily, and gets tarnished. As a customer, I feel like I was misled and now I'm looking into what I can do about it.

This place is just terrible, eh! The jewelry is such poor quality, you might as well go to Shein and save your money, ya know? Plus, all the reviews and complaints take forever to get a response, like months later, and it's always the same generic reply. And those so-called good reviews, they were all posted on the exact same day! Seriously, bad customer service, terrible quality, why would anyone even bother shopping here, eh?

I recently ordered a necklace and had a really bad experience. The customer service was super sarcastic and not helpful at all, which was a huge letdown.
