Oh my goodness, this place is just awful! The chat support team was so rude and didn't even try to understand my issue. I felt completely ignored and like my problem didn't matter at all. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had.

Awin has been such a pain for me, eh. From all the tech issues to their lousy customer service, don't even get me started on all the problems I've had. It's beyond frustrating dealing with a platform that makes you pay every month but can't seem to hold up their end of the deal. I just want better service for the cash I'm dishing out, you know what I mean?

I was seriously let down by the shipping from this store. Waited three weeks with no updates on my order, so I tried contacting their customer support a few times but got no reply. Finally got fed up and asked for a refund through Paypal, and that got them to notice my order. They told me it was finally on its way after another week, but now I'm not so sure it will even show up.

The software was great, eh! It was so easy to use and get around, which made editing a piece of cake. But, I did have some trouble adding stuff in the middle of the video without messing up everything. The final result turned out really professional, and I could easily share it on YouTube and Google Drive. All in all, I'd definitely use this software again for my next projects, for sure!
