Online purchase experience
I was really let down by my online shopping experience. I waited two whole months for my order to show up, only to find out that the product looked nothing like the picture online. It was such poor quality, I felt totally tricked by the picture. And when I tried to return it, customer service told me it would cost more to ship it back than what I even paid for the item. That just isn't right and made me feel like I had just thrown away my money and time on that website. I won't be going back there again.
Bad product, terrible customer service
I just bought this thing and man, it was really bad. I mean, why even put it out there if it's gonna be terrible, right? And when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were just awful. I mean, zero help at all. Definitely regret spending my time and money on that.
Clothing items for a trip
I bought some clothes for an upcoming trip, thinking they'd come pretty quick. But man, I was so let down by how loooong it took to arrive. I bought five things back in March and didn't get the package until April, and one thing is still missing now in May. Waiting over two months for my stuff is just not cool, especially when I've gotten things from overseas waaaay faster before.
2 Sweat Suits
I recently bought 2 sweat suits from this store, but I only got one. I've tried emailing customer service and commenting on their Instagram, but still no response. I'm really disappointed with how they've handled this situation. I'd advise against shopping here if you don't want to risk losing your money.
March 9th order
I ordered some clothes on March 9th and I reached out to them about two weeks later because I didn't have any order info yet. After waiting a bit longer without hearing back, I decided to involve PayPal and asked to cancel my order on the 21st. PayPal's policy says that if they don't reply by the 31st, they'll refund me. Finally, a few days ago, they responded to PayPal with a USPS tracking number. The clothes arrived today and I tried them on. They're okay, although the material feels a bit cheap to me. The lack of communication during this whole process is what's really frustrating. It would have been nice if they were more open about when the clothes would arrive so customers could decide if they wanted to wait. Plus, they should make sure to answer customer questions in a timely manner.

This place is such a joke, eh? I placed an order and waited for days without any tracking info, so I had to bug them a bunch of times just to hear some lame excuse about a delay. I basically had to bug them every day with emails and messages on messenger, and I even had to call them out on social media before they finally gave me back my money. Their service is just disgraceful, eh?
Dress, jumpsuit, and outfit
I recently bought some stuff from this online store and gotta say, I was super bummed with what I got. I ordered a dress, a jean jumpsuit, and another outfit, and all of them were total duds. The dress was the worst, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. The top was supposed to hit at the waist in the front and calves in the back, but it was way longer and didn't fit right at all. The material was super cheap and honestly looked more like a cosplay costume than a cool outfit. On top of that, my order didn't come with any info on packaging, which just made the whole thing even worse. The delivery took forever too, which just added to my disappointment. Overall, I'm never shopping with this online store again.
Order not received on time
I ordered my stuff back in February and didn't get it until March! I tried reaching out to them so many times, but they only got back to me nearly a month later. They told me to wait an extra week for shipping, even though their website promises delivery in just 10 business days. I needed my stuff urgently, but they went ahead and shipped it anyway. And now, they're asking me to pay for the return shipping all the way to China, even though my package originally came from Delaware. Seriously, so not cool.

I just saw a post on Instagram advertising this online store that sells clothes and accessories. I was really interested in what they had and was just about to buy a ton of stuff. But before I pulled the trigger, I decided to look up some reviews online. Turns out, a lot of people had bad things to say about them - from the quality of the products to their customer service. It's a good thing I checked those reviews out, or else I would've made a big mistake and thrown away my money.
Outfits for birthday
I recently bought a couple of outfits from this online shop for my birthday bash coming up soon. But I gotta say, the customer service and delivery have been a real letdown. I've been trying to get in touch with them multiple times, but no one's replied about my order. I placed it on January 22, 2020, even paid extra for shipping, and my birthday's on February 1, 2020 – but still no word. It's just not right how they're ignoring me like this.
Unreceived order, poor customer service
I'm really not happy with my experience with this company. I ordered some stuff and never got them. I tried to get in touch a bunch of times through different ways but never heard back. The tracking number they gave me didn't even work, which just made me more annoyed. Finally, after getting help from PayPal, they magically came up with a tracking number saying my stuff was delivered, but I never got anything. This company doesn't seem to know how to talk to their customers and it seems like they're lying. It's just not right.
My dress
I ordered this super cute dress ages ago, but it hasn't shown up yet! I've tried contacting them, but no luck. I went ahead and filed a complaint with PayPal because they gave me a bogus tracking number. Now I'm stuck in a dispute with PayPal just to get my money back. It's so aggravating!

Two missing jumpsuits
Had a really bad experience with missing items, late refund, and awful customer service. Bought two jumpsuits and paid extra for express shipping, but they never arrived. Contacted them many times by email for a refund, but all I got were excuses about delays and to just be patient for the items to come. Even though I clearly asked for a refund, they kept saying sorry and avoiding the issue. Really let down and won't be buying from them again. Total rip off and totally regret my purchase. From now on, I'll stick to online stores I know I can rely on.
Singing Projection Pumpkins
I got three of those singing projection pumpkins thinking they'd be cool, but man, was I let down. They were just crappy plastic pumpkins from the dollar store with none of the stuff they claimed they had. Can't even find their website anymore, and I wasted $81 on these things. Emailed customer service and heard nothing back. From now on, no way am I buying stuff from Instagram or Facebook again - too many scams out there.
One outfit purchase
I ordered this outfit back on 03/04/18 and didn't get it until weeks later on 03/22/18. Supposed to be 4 outfits but I only got one. No one reached out from the company about this mess. I'm majorly let down by this service and won't be buying from them again.
Oversized top purchase
I'm really disappointed with my purchase, eh. I ordered an XL thinking it would fit based on the model's sizing on the website, but the top ended up being way too small - couldn't even close it, eh. So I contacted customer service, but they weren't much help. They just offered me a discount to keep the item instead of fixing the sizing issue, eh.
Pink outfits
I ordered four pink outfits from this company back in March, eh, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed when I only received one outfit in April. Like, come on! It's frustrating to see a company taking your money and not giving you what they promised. I feel like they totally broke my trust, and I definitely won't be shopping here again, eh.

I tried to return stuff twice, and let me tell you, after two months of non-stop emails and trying to reach out to them, all I got was lies about not getting the items back. I gave them all the info they needed - postage details, order numbers, you name it. But they just kept playing games with me. It's obvious they're up to no good and doing some sketchy business here in North America. Do yourself a favor and steer clear, eh!
