Flights purchased
I've checked out a bunch of flight comparison sites, but honestly, none of them can beat Momondo for how easy it is to use and how accurate it is. The search options are fantastic, making it super simple to find the best deals on flights when compared to other sites like Kayak, Skyscanner, Kiwi, and Google Flights. I'm definitely sticking with Momondo for booking my flights from now on.

Terrible return policy
The return policy at this store is just ridiculous, eh? It's like they really don't want you to come back at all, you know? It's a real hassle trying to figure out how to return something - feels like you're running a marathon, tiring and super annoying. I mean, who wants to deal with all of that when all you want is your money back, right? We're not asking for the moon, just a simple and effective return system.

T-shirt for grandson
I recently bought a t-shirt for my grandson from the store, but unfortunately, when it showed up, it didn't fit him right. I tried to contact customer service to figure out how to return it, but it was a real challenge to actually talk to someone. The only way to reach them was through their website, and even then, I never heard back. So, I ended up just donating the shirt to Goodwill. It was disappointing to deal with such poor customer service from the store. I'd suggest others think twice about shopping there if they want quick and friendly customer support.

Autograph football player card
I got this autograph football player card from Topps and it was like totally damaged when I got it! It looked like it got burned at the printing process or something. So I took some photos and sent them to Topps. They asked me to send the card to them for more investigating. I did that and they finally got back to me and admitted it was their fault for the damage. But then they said they couldn't do anything because the card was like, one of a kind or something. My son was super upset because it was his first auto card that he pulled. Topps said they might have a replacement in Italy, but it's been like forever and still nothing! Now my son doesn't even want to collect cards anymore. Thanks a lot, Topps!
