As a customer of this company, I gotta say that the ordering process was smooth and quick. I just bought some stuff and gotta say, I was pretty happy with how fast they got here and how good the quality was. They were exactly what I expected and I liked the bold statements on them. The only thing was that they could do better at keeping me in the loop about when they were coming. But hey, they still showed up on time, even with everything going on with COVID. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and will probably buy from them again sometime.

Purchased long sleeve rash guard American flag shirt
I ordered a long sleeve rash guard American flag shirt in a size medium from this company recently. I wanted it before Christmas, so I emailed them on December 15th to ask about the shipping and refund options if it was late. Unfortunately, I didn't get a reply, but I saw that they created a shipping label the next day. The shirt only shipped on December 18th, and I got it on December 26th, after Christmas. When I tried it on, I found that it was smaller than expected for a medium size. The graphics were alright, but I was disappointed with the quality and sizing, especially for the price I paid. The slow shipping and lack of customer service made me unhappy with my purchase.

My experience shopping at this store was so frustrating. I bought two t-shirts, but when the package showed up, there was only one in there. On top of that, the customer service was taking forever to get back to me. I had to send a bunch of emails and wait over a week for them to finally sort it out. And to make things even more annoying, the shirt that was missing was still up for sale on their website even though they didn't have it. I was pretty disappointed and unhappy with how everything went down.

I was really impressed with the different products they had, like the camo backpack and the cool challenge coins. The t-shirts are really high quality, but I did find them to be a bit more expensive than other similar things I've seen. It took a bit longer than I thought it would to process my order, but I get that things are a bit hectic right now.
