Returns & RefundsMy experience shopping at this store was so frustrating. I bought two t-shirts, but when the package showed up, there was only one in there. On top of that, the customer service was taking forever to get back to me. I had to send a bunch of emails and wait over a week for them to finally sort it out. And to make things even more annoying, the shirt that was missing was still up for sale on their website even though they didn't have it. I was pretty disappointed and unhappy with how everything went down.
