Ranger Up - Reviews and experiences

I ordered a long sleeve rash guard American flag shirt in a size medium from this company recently. I wanted it before Christmas, so I emailed them on December 15th to ask about the shipping and refund options if it was late. Unfortunately, I didn't get a reply, but I saw that they created a shipping label the next day. The shirt only shipped on December 18th, and I got it on December 26th, after Christmas. When I tried it on, I found that it was smaller than expected for a medium size. The graphics were alright, but I was disappointed with the quality and sizing, especially for the price I paid. The slow shipping and lack of customer service made me unhappy with my purchase.

I totally adore this place. The shipping is lightning fast, the clothes and gear they sell are top quality, and they always keep me updated. I've been a regular customer here and every experience has been hassle-free. It's awesome knowing they're run by veterans, but honestly, even if they weren't, I'd still choose to shop here!

I gotta say, I was super impressed with how well everything was wrapped and presented when I got my order. It was in perfect condition and they really went the extra mile with how it was all packed up. The stuff I got for a Christmas gift was top-notch quality too. I'm definitely one happy camper after this whole experience.
