    Large order with missing items

    I can't believe how terrible the service was from this company. I ordered a bunch of stuff and ended up getting two shipments with 8 missing items. How does that even happen? When I called to complain, I was met with some seriously incompetent people. Jane, the one who responded to my email, actually had the nerve to suggest I file a police report because the weight of the packages matched what was sent. That's just absurd.

    I just bought some summer clothes at this store and geez, I wasn't impressed at all. The stuff looked old and was way too expensive, especially when you compare it to sites like Shein. I could've found similar things for way less! It felt like the store was trying to trick people with false deals and confusing prices.

    I tried to return my purchase online and it was a nightmare. The chat bot was useless and I couldn't reach customer service over the phone because of Covid leave. They told me to drive 80 miles to the closest store, which was crazy. And on top of that, I didn't even get my shipping costs back. I'm never shopping there again!

    Cropped hoodie and high-waisted jeans

    I ended up dropping a bunch of cash on some clothes, but the priciest ones never showed up in my package. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare - they said the missing items were sent out late and then they sent me the wrong thing altogether. I had to pay to send back their screw-up, and I still never got my missing items. It was a total disaster and I feel like I got ripped off big time.

I ordered two in size Large, but they were nowhere near a Large size. They were so tight, it felt like they were made for kids instead of grown-ups. Super disappointing, I was really looking forward to those shirts. But hey, on the bright side, the oversized shirts were on point. Exactly what I was looking for. So, if you're thinking about buying from this place, maybe consider going one size bigger, especially for the regular-sized stuff.

    Return policy, undisclosed charges, buyer beware

    I bought something from that store and was so surprised by their crazy return policy. They make you pay $10 to return stuff, and won't even let you exchange sizes without telling you ahead of time. It's pretty shady that they didn't mention this when I bought the item. It kinda feels like they want to trick people into keeping stuff they don't really want just to avoid the return fee. Just a heads up, this store isn't very straightforward with their rules and will try to get every penny out of you.

    I bought something from that store not long ago, but had to give it back. What a hassle! The return part on their website wasn't working, so I couldn't even start the process online. I tried calling their customer service, but no one picked up. And to top it off, they didn't make it clear where I could send the thing back by mail. I was left feeling lost and annoyed.     T-shirt for grandson

    I recently bought a t-shirt for my grandson from the store, but unfortunately, when it showed up, it didn't fit him right. I tried to contact customer service to figure out how to return it, but it was a real challenge to actually talk to someone. The only way to reach them was through their website, and even then, I never heard back. So, I ended up just donating the shirt to Goodwill. It was disappointing to deal with such poor customer service from the store. I'd suggest others think twice about shopping there if they want quick and friendly customer support.

    Eh, so I bought something online, and let me tell ya, it was a bit of a gong show dealing with the customer service team. The website messed up my address on its own, so my order got sent to the wrong spot. When I tried to sort it out, they told me I needed to file a police report to get a refund, which seems a bit much considering it was their mistake. And on top of that, different customer service peeps were saying different things - one said my refund was good to go, but another had no clue about it. Total mix-up causing a lot of headaches and delays.

    I picked up this super cute tee at the store, but turns out they've been snatching designs from artists! That's just not cool, you know? Stealing is bad enough, but taking from artists is like next level bad. I'm definitely not going back there to shop, and I hope nobody else does either.     Hoodie pilling after one wash

    I recently bought a hoodie from this store, and after only washing it once, it started getting all those annoying pills. I was really let down by the quality of the hoodie because I thought it would hold up better. When I went to return it, the manager said they couldn't do anything unless the tags were still on it. I thought that was pretty unfair since the problem was obviously due to bad workmanship. All in all, I wasn't happy with how things turned out.

    This company has gone and disappointed me again. I thought I'd try them out one more time even after past letdowns, but no luck.     Essential shirts purchased

    I bought two Essential shirts at this store, and they turned out to be way bigger than I thought. I didn't know that this brand runs large, since it was my first time buying from them. I got the shirts as gifts for my friends, but now I found out they don't do refunds, exchanges, or store credits. This really bummed me out because now I'm stuck with these huge shirts that I can't use. I won't be shopping here again and I won't be telling others to do so either.

    Sweater unraveled after one hour of wear

    I bought this sweater from the store and as soon as I wore it at home, the sleeve started coming apart. I was so disappointed with how low-quality it was. I went back to the store with the tag and receipt, thinking I could get an exchange or refund, but the employees wouldn't help me at all. The sweater was basically useless and I had to throw it away.
