    Blakley Boots purchase

    I bought a pair of boots from this store last fall for $400. After wearing them for only one season, the zipper broke. When I contacted customer service about it, I was let down to find out they couldn't help me get them fixed by a cobbler. Given how much I paid for these boots, I was hoping for better customer service and a bit more appreciation for a loyal customer like me. This whole situation has me thinking twice about buying from this brand again.

    Online learning experience

    My time using the online learning site was a mix of tough and fulfilling moments. The one-on-one sessions with mentors were super important in helping me understand key ideas and guiding me through problem-solving. The activities on the community page kept me engaged and motivated to keep learning along with others. Some mentors were amazing in their support and motivation, always ready to help out when I was stuck on something. But I have to admit, getting that certificate was no easy feat - it really put my knowledge and skills to the test. Despite the challenges, I can honestly say that I grew a lot from this experience and it was a positive journey overall.

    Flip-flops purchase

    So, I bought a pair of flip-flops from the store and they broke the first time I wore them on my vacation. I reached out right away within the 90-day warranty, hoping to get it sorted quickly. But let me tell you, the customer service I got was terrible. Instead of giving me a refund or sending me a replacement in black like I wanted, they just sent me a white pair without even checking with me. I tried to be nice in my emails, but now they're straight up ignoring me. Honestly, the whole experience with their customer service has been really disappointing. I'd suggest thinking twice before buying from them directly.

    Return policy, undisclosed charges, buyer beware

    I bought something from that store and was so surprised by their crazy return policy. They make you pay $10 to return stuff, and won't even let you exchange sizes without telling you ahead of time. It's pretty shady that they didn't mention this when I bought the item. It kinda feels like they want to trick people into keeping stuff they don't really want just to avoid the return fee. Just a heads up, this store isn't very straightforward with their rules and will try to get every penny out of you.
