Paige loafer size 9 1/2
The sizes of the shoes were all wrong compared to what I normally get from this brand. They didn't have a sizing chart on the website to give me a heads-up about this. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service because they wouldn't help me with the issue, and just said it was final sale. It really left me feeling let down and not happy with the whole situation.
Blakley Boots purchase
I bought a pair of boots from this store last fall for $400. After wearing them for only one season, the zipper broke. When I contacted customer service about it, I was let down to find out they couldn't help me get them fixed by a cobbler. Given how much I paid for these boots, I was hoping for better customer service and a bit more appreciation for a loyal customer like me. This whole situation has me thinking twice about buying from this brand again.
Shoes and bag
The company's business practices were really disappointing. So, I bought a pair of shoes and a bag from them but it didn't match my outfit at all. When I sent the items back, I had to pay for the shipping, which ended up being quite a bit of money. They promised to process my refund in 5 days, but it took a frustrating 10 days to actually get it. And to make things worse, they deducted 100 bucks for "duties" without even telling me why. When I complained to them, they were rude and even threatened to ban me from buying anything else. That's just not cool. I've taken it up with my credit card company to look into it further.
