I just booked a trip and had the worst experience with customer service. I called so many times to make sure everything was all good with my reservation, but when the time came for the trip, they said I didn't pay! I didn't miss any calls or emails, and it felt like nobody wanted to help me out.

I recently started getting into video editing and let me tell you, it's tough! I'm not the best with technology and I find myself stumbling a lot. But the people at this video editing place were so patient and professional. They walked me through everything, even when I kept messing up. Because of their help, I was able to make a Christmas video for my grandson. The personal help really made a big difference and I am so thankful for their support. This software has a lot of potential and with their guidance, I know I can do even more.
