    Fantastic service by Mr. Sunny and Savera

    I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I got from Mr. Sunny and Savera. They really went out of their way to make my stay special. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but their attention to detail and friendliness was top notch. You can tell they love what they do and want guests to have a great time.     Stayed at the hotel near the airport

    The hotel near the airport was such a letdown. It was so noisy all night long with doors constantly slamming. The only good thing was the staff, especially Michelle from the evening crew. If I ever have to stay at that hotel again, I'll definitely search for somewhere else to stay.

    Bar staff experience at Hilton Hotel

    My time at the Hilton Hotel was amazing all thanks to the bar staff. Sunny, Danielle, and Ashley were so friendly and made sure we were having a great time. They really made us feel at home. We hung out at the bar until 1am, laughing and enjoying ourselves. Those three definitely deserve a raise for their excellent service.

    Disappointed Diamond Member

    Ya, so I went to this hotel using the Hilton app and man, the price they told me at the front desk was way off from what was listed. I'm a loyal Diamond member and I was expecting better treatment and accurate pricing, you know? But the folks at the front desk weren't really helpful and didn't want to stick to the app price. It was pretty disappointing. So yeah, I'm not gonna only stay at this hotel chain anymore. It was a real letdown.

    Anniversary celebration at a resort

    My recent anniversary celebration at a resort was amazing, all thanks to a wonderful staff member named Kayla Anderson. She really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, despite a few hiccups at the start. It was our 25th anniversary, and Kayla made it extra special for us with thoughtful gestures that left a lasting impression. I'm so grateful for her outstanding service and dedication to making Hilton guests feel valued and appreciated.

    Hotel reservation for 4 nights, double room with tiny bathroom

    I booked a room at this hotel for 4 nights, but I was really let down by the double room and small bathroom. The pictures online looked nice, but in reality, the bathroom was too cramped, especially for someone like me with physical disabilities. It was not safe at all. Plus, the balcony they advertised was useless in the winter with temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.

    Reservation issue

    I had a terrible experience recently when trying to book a room at a hotel. I made a reservation a few days before my planned stay, but when I got there and handed over my ID card at check-in, the receptionist told me my reservation was invalid because there was a slight difference in the name. Even though I showed them the confirmation email and explained that it was just an abbreviation, they still refused me and said the hotel was full. I had to rush to find a new place to stay at the last minute, which was really inconvenient and annoying. The whole thing was a waste of time and totally unnecessary. The lack of understanding from the staff member made it even worse. It was a terrible experience that could have been avoided with a little bit of common sense and good customer service.

    Luxury hotel stay

    I just stayed at this fancy hotel and I actually forgot something pretty important there. Even though I was far away when I realized, the staff there really went out of their way to make sure I got it back quickly and safely. Yvonne, the Front Desk Operations Manager, was especially great at handling everything like a total pro. She paid attention to every little thing and got back to me right away. I'm really grateful for the amazing customer service I got from everyone at that hotel.

    Stay at a luxury hotel

    My time at the hotel was amazing. The service was incredible, the rooms were so clean, and the staff really went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. They even helped me figure out how to get to the city center, which was super helpful. All in all, I couldn't have had a better stay.

    Overnight stay

    I stayed at a hotel recently and it was not a good experience at all. The room was tiny and uncomfortable, definitely not what I thought I would get at a hotel like this. The room service menu was way too expensive, like $21 for a pizza, which is just crazy. In the morning, I kept trying to call reception to ask about shuttle bus times but nobody picked up. Finally, when I went down there, they said they were too busy to help me out. Being a loyal customer, I was really disappointed in how they treated me. Overall, the service was bad, the room was not great, the bed was uncomfortable, and the prices were too high for what you got.

    Hotel stay in Newbury Doubletree location

    I stayed at a hotel in Newbury not too long ago and I gotta say, it wasn't the greatest experience. The room wasn't very clean and the vibe of the place just wasn't there. The staff didn't seem too interested and the service wasn't up to par. On top of that, the noise from other rooms was way too loud and it made it hard for me to chill out during my stay. All in all, I was let down by my time at that hotel.

    Transfer fees at hotel.

    I was so let down by the hotel making us pay for rides to the terminal. It was super frustrating and just rubbed me the wrong way. I think they should include that cost in the room price, like lots of other places do with free transfers. It's annoying to feel like they're charging for every little thing, especially something as simple as getting a lift to the airport.

    Stay at the hotel turned refugee camp

    What kind of hotel is now a refugee camp? I went to a place that used to be a hotel in MillLane Reading and it turns out it's now a refugee camp. I was really surprised and let down. Are they actually in the business of hosting people or are they just making money from the government to shelter economic migrants?

    Recent stay in downtown hotel

    My recent stay in the downtown hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, right by the waterfront and close to all the city's amenities. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the omelet made by the chef - it was delicious! The buffet had a great selection for those who like variety. Angie and her team in the breakfast room were so attentive and provided excellent service. I noticed other guests also receiving fantastic care, which was great to see. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    Oceanfront hotel stay

    My recent stay at the oceanfront hotel was not great, eh. We booked a room directly on the hotel's website, but when we got there, they gave us a side view room. We asked for a different room, but they said the reservation was done by someone else, so we were stuck with it. The microwave in our room was in terrible condition, the buttons were all scratched up and it looked really old. To top it off, the hotel restaurant was closed on a Saturday, so we had to go out in the cold for food. And to make matters worse, our neighbor was blasting music in the middle of the night, keeping us up. The only good thing was that the desk clerk Akil and security guard Ethan were helpful. Overall, I was not happy with my stay at this hotel, eh.

    Booked a hotel through a website.

    I booked a hotel online and it said I could pay when I arrived. But then I had to cancel, and they still went ahead and took my money! And now they're refusing to give it back. I mean, come on! How rude is that?

    Hotel stay with friendly staff

    The lady at the front desk, Alma, was really friendly and nice. She let us check in early and even upgraded our room for my husband's birthday! Suhana and Alma were both really helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed our room and the hotel amenities. To top it off, they gave us some complimentary cookies that were delicious after our long journey.

    Stayed at a hotel in Brighton

    The hotel room was gross, there was makeup from the people who stayed before us and only a bit of toilet paper left in the bathroom. The phone wasn't working so we couldn't call the front desk. The swimming pool was messy, packed with people, and there were no empty seats. The spa was fully booked, which was a letdown. I wouldn't suggest staying here.
