I was so excited to find my favorite protein powder at Muscle & Strength. They not only had it in stock, but it was also on sale, which was a nice surprise. I told my friend about the website, and she ended up ordering some too. We were both really impressed with the quality of the products and the great deals they had. Ordering was easy, and the customer service was excellent. The prices were fair, especially with the sales they had. Our orders arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I bought this super pricey new bed set, a king-sized one with all the bells and whistles, you know? And get this - the dudes putting it together were so pumped about using their power tools, they accidentally broke my daughter's bed! Can you imagine? It fell to pieces as soon as they split. So, I called them up right away, and they claimed they were meant to take a pic when they dropped it off, but they didn't. Shady, eh? They've been jerking me around for a whole year trying to sort it out, like, seriously!

So I ordered a pair of sneakers from this store, and honestly, it was a let down. The customer service was so bad and their return policy is just a joke. They make you pay for shipping, and then slam you with a big fee if you want to return it. And if you need to exchange for a different size, tough luck - you're stuck. It feels like they don't care at all about their customers. Overall, super disappointing.

I bought this heat styling hair brush and I gotta say, it's super easy to use and the results are amazing. I just put a little heat on my hair for a minute with a hairdryer (without the brush) and my hair looks shiny and smooth all day. I like that they didn't use boxes for packaging, it's less waste. It would be awesome if they could sell refill bottles or pouches at a lower price or in bigger sizes to make it more eco-friendly.

Got the heart-shaped emerald drop earrings today for my wife's 20th wedding anniversary. Really liked how they were packaged, there's even a light that shines on the jewelry when you open the box. The earrings are sparkly and just like the picture. Definitely thinking about getting more jewelry from there down the road.

2 10-packs of masks<br>
I bought 2 sets of 10 face masks from this store, thinking it was a good choice because of their promised shipping date. However, the masks didn't arrive when they were supposed to, like the website said. When I tried to cancel my order, they made a shipping label but only sent it out on the day I actually needed them. On top of that, they only sent me 1 set of 10 masks instead of the 2 I ordered. Their customer service was pretty much non-existent, with only automated email replies. The phone number they had on social media wasn't working, and they blocked any negative feedback right away. Because of all these problems, I had to reach out to my credit card company to try and sort things out. Hopefully, everything will get fixed soon.

I ordered this DNA test and it's just taking so long to get here, you know? Like, it's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't even gotten my swab kit to check the actual results. First, it took forever to get to Bedford, and now it's just bouncing around the US like it's playing pinball or something. Ugh, it's frustrating. If they were just truthful about how long it would take, I wouldn't feel so irritated about it, you know?
