    False advertising

    I really wish I had checked reviews before buying something. The customer service was so bad - they weren't helpful at all, just defensive. I got the wrong design instead of my order, not something missing. After a whole month of going back and forth, they finally admitted they didn't have the design in stock. They kept saying I got what I asked for, but that was a total lie. I even contacted Jennifer Garner because she introduced me to this brand, to tell her how disappointed I was with their dishonest ads. This company is a total scam, watch out!

    Order of masks

    I ordered some masks online not too long ago, but it hasn't been a great experience so far. It's been almost two weeks and my order still hasn't been sent out. I already paid for the masks, but I haven't heard anything from the company about when they'll be shipped. I tried emailing them, but got no response. Because of this lack of communication, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

    The customer service is just terrible, eh! They don't even have a phone number to call, they ignore emails, and they even go so far as to block customers on social media for speaking their minds. You can find masks of the same quality elsewhere for a way cheaper price, you know.

    Soft and comfy masks for teachers

    As a teacher who has to wear masks all day, I absolutely love these masks! They are so soft and comfortable, which makes it way easier to wear them for long periods without feeling uncomfortable. I've been buying them for over a year now and I've never been let down. The material is really good quality and they fit really well. Plus, the company always has awesome sales happening, which is a great bonus. I've told all my friends about these masks and I would totally suggest them to anyone who wants comfy and stylish masks.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered some masks back on February 5th, and they still haven't shipped. And on top of that, I keep getting bombarded with emails about sales like all the time. I've tried emailing them 4 times now, but haven't heard back at all. And when I messaged them on Facebook, they just sent me a useless tracking link that doesn't work. When I tried to ask for help, the support person just argued with me and then blocked me from contacting them. So frustrating and disappointing to get such terrible customer service. I've pretty much given up on ever getting my order, even though I spent $100. I'm gonna dispute the charge today. Definitely steer clear of this company.

    Nice products but terrible delivery

    I bought some stuff from this company, and while the products were good, getting them delivered was a total mess. They say they'll ship on the same day if you order before 2, but that's not true at all. I got emails saying my order was on its way when it wasn't even sent out yet. When I tried to cancel due to the delays, I was told it had already been shipped, which wasn't true either. It took them two days to answer my cancellation request, and even then, it was a real pain.

    I just wanted to share my recent experience with this company, eh. I made a purchase and it was top-notch. So, get this - I accidentally put in the wrong address on Christmas Eve when I was ordering. Lucky for me, Ashley from customer service got back to me real quick after I emailed them and fixed my address just before the holiday. It saved me some cash and took away a bunch of stress. I've ordered from this place a few times now, and their customer service is always top-notch, always.

    Delayed delivery mask order

    I recently bought some masks from this company, eh. But, it's been weeks and my order still hasn't arrived, you know. I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times, but haven't heard anything back about where my order is at. Since they haven't been communicating with me and my order is taking forever to get here, I've decided to contact my bank to get a refund. I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten and won't be using this company again in the future, eh.

    Cheaply made masks with straps that come off easily

    I wasn't impressed with the masks I bought. The straps were just glued on and fell off all the masks I tested. I had to use gorilla glue to stick them back on, which was a pain. Overall, I was let down by the mask quality.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a mask for my kid thinking it was in stock, and they told me it would ship that same day. I even paid extra for two-day shipping, but my order didn't show up until over two weeks later. I sent them multiple emails asking about my order, but got no replies. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my order, they went ahead and shipped it without asking me. I even tried messaging them on Instagram, and they said they would refund me, but they never did. Now I'm planning to report them to the BBB because of how unprofessional they have been.

    Misleading KN95 Masks

    Hey, just a heads up - those KN95 masks you might have heard about aren't the real deal. They're not legit, even though the company says otherwise. Experts have checked them out and found they're actually fake. Save your cash and don't risk your safety by buying these phony masks.

    I wasted my hard-earned money on a product that was not worth it. Customer service is non-existent, I just kept getting automated responses. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare, it seems like I won't be getting my money back anytime soon.     KN95 masks purchase

    I thought I was gonna get my order real quick 'cause they promised same day shipping. But turns out, I ended up waiting for over a week with no sign of it. Both the confirmation email and website said it would be sent out right away, but it took forever just to get a tracking number. The lack of clear info and the delay in getting my order really didn't sit right with me.

    2 10-packs of masks<br>

    I bought 2 sets of 10 face masks from this store, thinking it was a good choice because of their promised shipping date. However, the masks didn't arrive when they were supposed to, like the website said. When I tried to cancel my order, they made a shipping label but only sent it out on the day I actually needed them. On top of that, they only sent me 1 set of 10 masks instead of the 2 I ordered. Their customer service was pretty much non-existent, with only automated email replies. The phone number they had on social media wasn't working, and they blocked any negative feedback right away. Because of all these problems, I had to reach out to my credit card company to try and sort things out. Hopefully, everything will get fixed soon.

    I got my order of black masks, eh, and I found out that 11 of the 20 masks were defective. I took pictures to show the problems, but after contacting customer service three times, all I got was generic responses about shipping. It's pretty annoying to think that my concerns are just being ignored, eh.

    N95 masks for my flight

    So, I ordered these N95 masks for my flight on 1/22/22 because I needed them really quick. They were supposed to be sent in 5-7 days, but nothing arrived after a week. I emailed them twice, with no response. Then, I used a not so nice word in the email subject line, and I guess that got their attention. Finally, I got an email saying that my order was canceled at my request, but I never did that! There was no explanation at all! I just wanted to know when my order would arrive. The customer service was absolutely terrible!

    Face mask purchase

    I was really let down by my shopping experience at MASKC. I ordered some face masks because the website said they would ship out the same day. But it turned out that only a label was made on the same day, and the masks didn't actually get sent. This mistake caused a delay in getting my order, and I was not happy about it. The fact that their shipping process was not clear or accurate was irritating and annoying. I was expecting better service from a company that says they care about fast shipping.

    Got the wrong order

    I ordered some stuff and they sent me the wrong thing! I even showed them a picture to prove it but they still said it was right. They also lied about next day shipping - my stuff sat at their warehouse for days before they even sent it. Shady!
