Got a pair of shoes
I used to love shopping here when they had stores all over the place. I still have a pair of boots from ages ago and they're so good! But lately, the quality has really gone downhill. The shoes are much smaller than they used to be and they just seem so cheap. I bought three pairs and had to send them all back. Sigh.

Honestly, the service was amazing, eh? I was just blown away by how good they were at keeping me in the know about my order. I didn't even have to worry about when my package was gonna show up because they were totally on it. And then, to top it all off, my stuff arrived the very next day at no extra cost - what a bonus, eh? And let me tell ya, the way they packed everything up so nice and secure, my goodies arrived in tip-top shape. Can't really ask for anything more than that!

Damaged hoodie return
Even though I got a messed up hoodie, I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. They were super helpful and made the return process a breeze. The hoodies themselves are amazing quality, so I actually bought two more for myself. They're so versatile, great for any season, whether it's winter or summer.

Springhill Suites stay
So I stayed at this hotel, and it was pretty decent. The room wasn't huge, but it had a big bed, a closet, and a desk. There was also a sofa, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, which was nice. The bathroom had a cool walk-in shower with fancy soap and all. We got some good rest for six nights, no noisy disruptions, which was great. They cleaned the room every day and switched the sheets once. The complimentary breakfast was alright, not the best, but did the job. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring all the fun stuff in Midtown. But here's the downside - they made us fork over $300 as a deposit when we checked in. They said they would return it when we left, but it's been 25 days and still no sign of the cash! They keep saying it will take 21 business days, which feels like forever. I don't understand why it's taking so darn long to give me back my money. So I'm knocking off a star for that.
