New purse
I recently ordered this new purse online and it showed up really quickly, like super fast! It looks so nice and the leather is top-notch. I really like that it has card slots on both the front and back, and the zip pocket inside is just right for my bank cards. It's exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with it!
Wallet delivery disappointment
When I got my $70 wallet in just a regular envelope, I was so mad and let down. The way it was packaged made it seem like it came from some cheap online store, not a well-known company. I wanted to give this wallet as a gift, but now I feel embarrassed to present it like this. It's like I got ripped off of a good presentation and experience.

Wallets are superb
The wallets are great, and I really want to get another one since mine got swiped. But man, it was tough trying to reach out to the company because I couldn't find the right model on their messed-up website. It's like they got tons of models, but they're all the same, just in different colours. And don't even get me started on the contact form - it was glitchy and kept making me re-fill it, even after I did it once, annoying captcha letters and all. Couldn't even add photos for reference. They seriously need to up their communication game, totally let me down.
