Fancy purse from the website
OMG, I ordered this amazing purse from this website all the way from the UK and then found out it was actually coming from the Netherlands! I got an email saying DPD was gonna deliver it in 3 or 4 days, but it never showed up. DPD just kept saying it was on the way, but seriously, was it headed to the moon or what?! So I contacted them, and they said they were really swamped with orders, which was causing delays. It felt like forever, but finally, DPD gave me an update and I finally got my purse!! It looked just like it did on the website, so I'm really excited about it.

I got a leather wristlet as a Christmas gift from my partner, but it looks nothing like the pictures or description online. The color and material are totally different. So, I decided to send it back through Royal Mail. It's been almost a month since I sent it back, but I haven't gotten any email confirming the return or a refund yet. I contacted customer service by email five days ago, and they told me that my order made it to their warehouse. They said they'd investigate because I should have gotten my refund by now. However, three days have gone by, and I still haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. It's been a frustrating and disappointing situation, and I'm very unhappy with the service I've received.

I bought this handbag from a store not long ago, but I have to say, it's been a real letdown. I've been talking back and forth with their customer service since April 20th about my order, but I still haven't gotten it. The tracking info they gave me was wrong, saying it was delivered somewhere that isn't even close to my place. And on top of that, someone unknown supposedly got the package. I'm super bummed about the customer service at this store. I've been emailing them for days about my missing order, but no one has gotten back to me. It's frustrating and disappointing. And to top it off, the tracking number they gave me doesn't even work on the DHL site! I deserve better service from a company like Michael Kors.
$800 handbag stolen by the delivery person
My experience with this store was terrible. I bought an $800 handbag and when it arrived, the delivery person took it. I contacted customer service many times, but they didn't respond to my emails and wouldn't give me a refund, even though I showed them evidence that it was delivered to their return center. I won't be shopping at this company again. Keep your money and go somewhere else. I had to open a PayPal dispute to eventually get my money back.
Disappointed with return process
I bought something from that store not too long ago, but I had to bring it back because it wasn't good quality. It's been a while since I returned it, but I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service wasn't helpful at all, they just said to wait another week. It's frustrating because other companies give refunds faster.

As someone who shops at this brand quite often, I bought a handbag and wallet online not long ago. But, I gotta say, the whole delivery and return situation was a total letdown. I bought this fancy watch from this brand about two years back. Just the other day, the darn battery died on me, so I tried to change it myself. But oh boy, putting the back cover on was a real struggle, even the watch repair shop couldn't figure it out. Feeling all irritated, I got in touch with the company for some help, only to find out my watch was out of warranty and they wouldn't lift a finger. I sent them all the paperwork they asked for, but they still said no. I'm just not happy with how they treated me after the sale, it's just not right.

OMG, I was so upset when I saw that my bag was on sale for cheaper just a few days after I bought it. And then the store didn't even give me a refund or a voucher like they said on the phone. Ugh, so rude of the management.

I bought a purse from this place but it didn't come on time, like seriously. The store didn't even help me out so I sent it back. They said it's gonna take forever to get my money back, no explanation! I'm never shopping here again, like seriously worst service ever.
