Michael Kors - Reviews and experiences

I bought this fancy watch from this brand about two years back. Just the other day, the darn battery died on me, so I tried to change it myself. But oh boy, putting the back cover on was a real struggle, even the watch repair shop couldn't figure it out. Feeling all irritated, I got in touch with the company for some help, only to find out my watch was out of warranty and they wouldn't lift a finger. I sent them all the paperwork they asked for, but they still said no. I'm just not happy with how they treated me after the sale, it's just not right.

I was pretty disappointed with the service I got when I tried to return something I bought online at the store. The policy says you can return online purchases in-store, but the staff person said I couldn't return online sale items in-store. That's never been a problem before, and it was really frustrating to come across this roadblock. It felt like the staff person didn't know the company policy and was just making up her own rules. It would be great if all staff members were on the same page and knew the return policy well. The inconsistent service definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I recently went to a store in the mall and was so impressed by the customer service I got. Two employees, Jerome and Khadija, really went the extra mile to make sure I had a fantastic shopping trip. Even though the store was super busy, they still took the time to help me and make sure I was happy with the handbag and watch I bought. Good customer service in retail is hard to come by these days, so it was really nice to see such dedicated and attentive staff in action.
