I got a leather wristlet as a Christmas gift from my partner, but it looks nothing like the pictures or description online. The color and material are totally different. So, I decided to send it back through Royal Mail. It's been almost a month since I sent it back, but I haven't gotten any email confirming the return or a refund yet. I contacted customer service by email five days ago, and they told me that my order made it to their warehouse. They said they'd investigate because I should have gotten my refund by now. However, three days have gone by, and I still haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. It's been a frustrating and disappointing situation, and I'm very unhappy with the service I've received.
