Michael Kors - Reviews and experiences

I bought this handbag from a store not long ago, but I have to say, it's been a real letdown. I've been talking back and forth with their customer service since April 20th about my order, but I still haven't gotten it. The tracking info they gave me was wrong, saying it was delivered somewhere that isn't even close to my place. And on top of that, someone unknown supposedly got the package. I've tried to fix things, but no one from the company has been able to help me out at all.

My experience with this store was terrible. I bought an $800 handbag and when it arrived, the delivery person took it. I contacted customer service many times, but they didn't respond to my emails and wouldn't give me a refund, even though I showed them evidence that it was delivered to their return center. I won't be shopping at this company again. Keep your money and go somewhere else. I had to open a PayPal dispute to eventually get my money back.

I bought a backpack from this store not too long ago, but sadly, it never made it to the person I wanted to give it to. When I talked to customer service about it, they said it was too late to do anything. But when I went to the delivery company, I found out the store gave me wrong info. It's really frustrating that the store has my money and won't fix this mess.

I bought a purse from this place but it didn't come on time, like seriously. The store didn't even help me out so I sent it back. They said it's gonna take forever to get my money back, no explanation! I'm never shopping here again, like seriously worst service ever.

So, my parents were really stressed out and they decided to buy me a handbag and shoes for Christmas. But, unfortunately, the store messed up and sent the wrong items. My dad has been feeling sick and has had to go to the hospital a lot, and my brother has been dealing with a lot of problems. So, this was supposed to be a nice Christmas gift to cheer everyone up. But now I'm stuck with stuff I don't even like! Not cool, Michael Kors, not cool at all. I definitely won't be shopping from them again.

OMG, I ordered this amazing purse from this website all the way from the UK and then found out it was actually coming from the Netherlands! I got an email saying DPD was gonna deliver it in 3 or 4 days, but it never showed up. DPD just kept saying it was on the way, but seriously, was it headed to the moon or what?! So I contacted them, and they said they were really swamped with orders, which was causing delays. It felt like forever, but finally, DPD gave me an update and I finally got my purse!! It looked just like it did on the website, so I'm really excited about it.

After reading those bad reviews, I wasn't too sure about buying that handbag. But when it arrived, I was actually pretty happy with it! It came in perfect shape thanks to some great packaging. It did take a bit longer than expected - about 2 weeks - but hey, I get that things are a bit crazy with the pandemic and Brexit going on. They kept me in the loop with email updates, which was nice. All in all, it turned out to be a good experience and I'd definitely think about shopping with them again down the road.
