Online purchase return policy
I was pretty disappointed with the service I got when I tried to return something I bought online at the store. The policy says you can return online purchases in-store, but the staff person said I couldn't return online sale items in-store. That's never been a problem before, and it was really frustrating to come across this roadblock. It felt like the staff person didn't know the company policy and was just making up her own rules. It would be great if all staff members were on the same page and knew the return policy well. The inconsistent service definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Purchased a leather handbag
I was really bummed out by the handbag I bought, it was not up to par especially considering how much I paid for it. The leather felt super cheap and the stitching was already falling apart after just a few times using it. I thought a high-end brand would have better quality workmanship. Also, the customer service I got when I raised my concerns was pretty meh. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less and weren't very helpful, which really put me off. On top of all that, the prices are way too high for what you get. I could find way better handbags for way less money somewhere else. And to make things worse, the delivery took forever, which was super frustrating. Overall, my experience was a big letdown and I won't be shopping here again.
Leather tote bag
I just bought a leather tote bag from this brand and let me tell you, I'm super impressed with how nice it is. The leather is so soft and the size is just right for all the stuff I need to carry around every day. The gold hardware gives it a fancy touch, so I can dress it up or down depending on the occasion. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch, so I know this bag will last me a long time.
Bought a handbag and a pair of trainers for my daughter.
So, my parents were really stressed out and they decided to buy me a handbag and shoes for Christmas. But, unfortunately, the store messed up and sent the wrong items. My dad has been feeling sick and has had to go to the hospital a lot, and my brother has been dealing with a lot of problems. So, this was supposed to be a nice Christmas gift to cheer everyone up. But now I'm stuck with stuff I don't even like! Not cool, Michael Kors, not cool at all. I definitely won't be shopping from them again.
Still waiting for a refund
I'm really upset about the terrible customer service I've been getting from this company. I sent back my item weeks ago and it's been sitting at their hub ever since, but I still haven't gotten my refund. It's just shocking how badly they've been treating me. They're not responding to my emails or phone calls at all. I really wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
Sunglasses, Disappointment, Brand Mix-up
I bought a pair of sunglasses not long ago and man, was I bummed out when I saw they weren't the brand I thought I was getting. I was so annoyed to spend my cash on what I thought were some top-notch sunglasses, only to end up with a completely different brand. I've never had this happen before and let me tell you, I am not impressed. Right now, I'm trying to sort out a refund or exchange for the right glasses, but this whole ordeal has me pretty heated.
Boots purchased
So, eh, I bought these really cute boots online, thinking they'd be all fancy 'cause the brand is known for being, like, super luxury and stuff. But after wearing them only a few times, the leather started peeling off, eh! Not cool, eh. I tried reaching out to their customer service and they were like, "Sorry, not our problem." Um, excuse me, what? Talk about disgusting customer service, like, seriously. Now I feel totally conned out of my money, not cool at all, eh.
Refund processing time
The biggest problem that needs fixing is the refund process at this store. I've been having problems with delays and inefficiencies when it comes to getting my money back from this company. It feels like they hang onto your cash for way too long and take forever to actually give you a refund. Even though I've sent emails and made phone calls to check on my refunds, I haven't seen any progress in getting my money back. It's really frustrating to still be waiting for refunds on four orders, even though I returned the items a while back. I'm hoping that by sharing this feedback, the company can sort out this issue and speed up their refund process to meet industry standards.
New purse
I bought this really cute new purse, eh! But when I tried to use it, it couldn't fit all my stuff so I had to take it back. I kept on checking to see if they received it and when I'd get my money back. There were no suggestions or ways to complain, eh! Like, what's up with that?!
A super cute bag for my BFF
I was super nervous about ordering because of the reviews, but I have to say, I really disagree with them! My order arrived in just 5 days (and the shipping was free!), the bag I received is exactly what I was looking for, and it looks really fancy. The only issue is that they left the price tag inside, which was a bit of a downer since it was a gift. Overall, I had a great experience ordering and I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future!
