So, my parents were really stressed out and they decided to buy me a handbag and shoes for Christmas. But, unfortunately, the store messed up and sent the wrong items. My dad has been feeling sick and has had to go to the hospital a lot, and my brother has been dealing with a lot of problems. So, this was supposed to be a nice Christmas gift to cheer everyone up. But now I'm stuck with stuff I don't even like! Not cool, Michael Kors, not cool at all. I definitely won't be shopping from them again.

Even though I had to wait a bit longer for my order to arrive, when it did, I noticed there were some issues with the product. There was a press mark and the colors around the button area were uneven. But, I appreciated how quickly customer support got back to me. They sorted out my problem right away and even gave me a 5 percent discount, which I thought was a fair way to handle things. All in all, I'm satisfied with my experience and would definitely think about shopping at this online store again.

The processing of my order was super fast, and I liked that. The product I got was really good quality and the size was perfect. But I was kinda bummed about the late delivery of one item. The first thing came no problem, but the second took almost a month. I only found out why it was late when I asked about it. Wish they communicated better, you know? Just could've been handled smoother by them.
