Extended Battery Pack support
I recently contacted customer service to get some help with a Extended Life Battery Pack holder. I shot them an email to ask about the support I needed, and was really happy with how fast ATN's customer service got back to me. The person helping me, My, was super helpful and gave me a solution to fix the problem. I was really impressed with the support I got, and My went above and beyond with their knowledge and help. Big thanks to ATN for their awesome customer service!

Bait and switch tactic
This store is a complete disaster, eh? I ordered something and it was not only late, but when I asked about it, I was given the runaround and told to wait for some mysterious payment verification team to get back to me, eh? They ended up canceling my order without even speaking to the team, claiming it was for my safety, eh? Now, not only is the item $300 more expensive, but it's also further away from the original store, eh? To top it off, I can't even reorder the item until the verification team reviews my credit card info, eh? They've also put a hold on my money for a week for something that never even reached me, eh? And to make it worse, there's no way to directly contact the verification team, eh? This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I swear I'll never go back to that store again, eh.

Camera purchase
As a customer who recently bought something at Henrys, I gotta say I'm really let down with how everything went down. The website was acting up, causing a long wait for my camera to arrive. I get that things can go wrong sometimes, but this delay was just too much. It feels like they're not paying enough attention to getting orders right, which is super annoying for someone like me who's just trying to get their hands on what they paid for.

Online order experience
Sally Beauty really needs to amp up their online ordering process. The website lets you place orders even if stuff isn't in stock, which just leads to annoying backorders. Plus, their checkout system doesn't let you use different billing and shipping addresses, which just confuses customers. The tracking system is hit or miss, leaving folks in the dark about their shipments. Customer service takes forever to get back to you and doesn't have the power to make quick decisions or fix issues. It's pretty obvious that Sally Beauty's online setup is stuck in the past and needs a major upgrade.

Fancy purse from the website
OMG, I ordered this amazing purse from this website all the way from the UK and then found out it was actually coming from the Netherlands! I got an email saying DPD was gonna deliver it in 3 or 4 days, but it never showed up. DPD just kept saying it was on the way, but seriously, was it headed to the moon or what?! So I contacted them, and they said they were really swamped with orders, which was causing delays. It felt like forever, but finally, DPD gave me an update and I finally got my purse!! It looked just like it did on the website, so I'm really excited about it.

Clothing selection review
MiniInTheBox has an amazing variety of clothes available at really good prices. They have so many different styles and sizes to pick from, it's awesome. The best part is that the prices are super reasonable and the quality is still great. The only thing I'd add is that it would be even better if they offered free shipping for orders over a certain amount. That way, people would be more motivated to buy more stuff at once.
