There's one agent, Binil, who's okay, but the others are terrible. I really hate this company and can't wait to switch to something better! I pay a lot for my VPS hosting, and my website got hacked, but all they said was to find a developer. It's so annoying! They used to be helpful before, but not anymore. Even moving from shared hosting to VPS is a disaster. They won't even do the transfer for you now, saying they don't support it. They'd rather help new customers than the ones who have been loyal.
