So, I bought some clothes from this brand the other day and I gotta say, most of them were pretty good quality. But man, the trunks I got were a real letdown. They fell apart pretty quickly – the band just came right off. It was a real bummer, especially when compared to a similar item I got from another brand that's still going strong.

I contacted their customer service and they offered me a voucher to make up for it, but I'd have to spend more money to use it. Not cool, if you ask me. Overall, I think this brand needs to step up their game and make sure their stuff is up to par with what they're charging.

I booked my pet in for a vet appointment on a Saturday, and they didn't even show up. I wasted my time waiting for them, and now I have to go through the hassle of rescheduling and maybe losing money if I have to pay again before getting a refund. The box showed up all messed up with the seal broken and taped back together, plus the batteries that were supposed to come with it were nowhere to be found. I decided to cancel my order because of all the delays, and I quickly got a refund for the comforter that hadn't been sent. It's been 13 days since they got the duvet cover back, but I still haven't gotten my full refund. They gave me a tracking number for the duvet cover, but the refund is taking longer than I expected.
