Time extend offers blacklisted
Even though I got some really good time extension offers, I was pretty bummed when I found out I was blacklisted when I tried to take advantage of them. At first, I was kinda suspicious and thought it might be a scam, but after going through a bunch of emails, it turned out to be true. I tried reaching out to their 'Live Support Chat widget' for help, but it seemed like it didn't even exist because I spent a long time looking for it. I've decided to just move on from this company once my contract is up in March 2025. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the product itself is decent.

Partner account issue
Sorry, eh? My partner account got blocked outta nowhere and I've been tryna get it fixed up, but those customer service folks are a real pain, eh? They've been no help at all, just makin' me wait on the phone forever with nothing to show for it. Feels like they're avoidin' me on purpose. I've asked tons of times to have all my info and email account taken off their website, but I'm still stuck waitin'. I'm so fed up with this company, wouldn't suggest 'em to anyone, eh.

Order Issue, Customer Service, Refund, Apology Gifts
I put in an order and was super excited for it to arrive, but it never showed up. I was pretty bummed out at first, until I contacted customer service and got in touch with a rep who totally saved the day. Sophie was amazing, she not only promised me a refund but also sent me some extras to make up for the mix-up. Her commitment and top-notch service really made a difference, and I'm so grateful for all her help. Sophie, if you're seeing this, you're a superstar!

Poor seating experience
I just bought five tickets for a sports game, but man, was I let down by the seats! I shelled out some serious cash for 'em, only to end up with a lousy view from Section 3B, Row 18. I go to games all the time, and let me tell you, I was surprised by how bad these seats were. It was embarrassing in front of my family, to say the least. I won't be using this platform to buy tickets again.

Express delivery disappointment
I just shelled out some extra dough for express shipping, with them promising that I'd get my order within 1-2 business days. But, when day 3 rolled around and still no package, I had to give customer service a shout to see what's going on. They told me it won't even ship until the next day. Not exactly what I had in mind when I signed up for express delivery. Feeling majorly disappointed in the lack of efficiency and professionalism from this company. I was really counting on having my outfit in time for a big event, but now it's looking pretty unlikely thanks to this delay.

Got new shoes
Got a new pair of shoes, eh? But they got dirty real quick and now I can't get them clean no matter what I do, ugh. Such a waste of $75, eh.
