Cloud comforter purchase
I bought the cloud comforter from this company recently, and I have to say, it's really amazing! It's so soft and breathable, perfect for a good night's sleep. However, I also got the duvet cover and pillowcases to go with it, and I have to admit, I was pretty disappointed. The colors didn't match the comforter like they should have, and they wrinkle easily, even with dryer sheets and fabric softeners. I wouldn't recommend getting the accessories, but the comforter itself is definitely worth it. The customer service was good though, they were quick to respond and helped me exchange the items I wasn't happy with.
Pillow, pillow cover
I bought a pillow and pillow cover at your store not long ago. The pillow wasn't as soft as it looked in the pictures and the cover felt rough, not smooth like it was supposed to be. I was really let down by the quality of the products after seeing the website images.
Breeze comforter
I got this comforter because everyone was saying it was really nice and airy. But after a couple of months, it got super heavy! It felt like having a 9lb weight on my bed, definitely not comfy. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Delayed pillow purchase
The customer service was terrible! I ordered a pillow in November and they kept giving me excuses in December about when it would ship. They couldn't give me a straight answer and kept changing the delivery date. It's not fair to say something is in stock when it's not. And charging me before sending the product out? Not right at all. Such a pain to deal with, definitely not worth the trouble.
King-size bedding set
I gotta say, my first buy from this company was awesome. I loved my queen cloud comforter, it was good to me for years. But when I decided to switch to a king-sized bed and treat myself to some new bedding, I was super disappointed. I spent a bunch of cash on what I thought was top-notch bedding, only to see the sheets falling apart within a year. The hole in the sheet is massive now, way bigger than my hand. It's just not right for pricey sheets to go downhill that fast. I contacted customer service hoping for a fix, but all they gave me was a measly 20% off code, which I could already find on their site. It was pretty insulting, to be honest. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from this company.
Cooling Comforter Purchase
I needed a new comforter to help with my night sweats, so I saw an ad for this brand that said it was perfect for hot flashes and staying cool at night. I decided to give it a go. Turns out, it was a total bust. The comforter didn't keep me cool at all, in fact, it was the warmest one I've ever had. Also, the fabric was so slippery, it felt like I was sliding off the bed when I sat on the edge. I was really let down by this purchase and wouldn't suggest it to anyone else. On the bright side, I've heard their sheets are pretty good, so maybe give those a shot instead.
Cooling comforter purchase
The Cooling Comforter is such a great product! It keeps me nice and cool all night long, which is perfect because I always get so hot when I sleep. With this comforter, I don't have to stress about waking up in the middle of the night feeling all sweaty and uncomfortable. The materials are really good quality and the whole thing is so well made. I can definitely say that buying this comforter was totally worth it!
Pillow exchange for firmer model
I bought a pillow from this company not too long ago, thinking I could test it out during their 7-day trial period. Turns out, the trial wasn't automatic like I thought. I was bummed out and wanted to exchange the pillow for a firmer one, but I hit a big snag - I couldn't get a hold of the company at all. The email addresses on their website didn't work, which left me with no way to reach them for help. This lack of communication really messed up my customer experience.
Mattress topper purchase
I got this huge mattress topper, but when I tried to take it back because it was too big for my bed, the company said I couldn't! They told me to donate it to charity and show them pictures, then they might give me my money back. But when I tried to donate it to Goodwill, they said they don't even accept toppers! Such a rip-off, eh?
Cooling comforter replacement
Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. I bought a new cooling comforter but it still hasn't been shipped after a whole week. I've tried contacting them several times to check on the status, but I haven't heard back from them at all.
Before this, I had purchased a comforter from them but had to leave it behind when I moved. It was a cooling comforter, which was great, but not washable, so it was a bit tough with a new puppy around. The replacement comforter they sent me had clumpy fill and was uncomfortable.
On top of all that, their 7-day trial period starts from when they ship the comforter, not when it actually arrives. This whole experience has been really frustrating and disappointing.Pillow exchange for quilted throw
I received a pillow as a gift but I actually wanted to exchange it for a quilted throw. Everything came pretty quickly and the throw was really nice, although the color wasn't what I had in mind. Customer service got back to me fast and they made it super easy to exchange it for a different color.
Sheet order for Xmas gift
So, I ordered some sheets back in mid-November, hoping to gift them for Christmas. The website said they were in stock, but then I got an email early December saying they were actually out of stock until mid-December. But guess what? They didn't make it in time for Christmas. Even though I got a bunch of emails promising a new delivery date, it's now late January and still no sheets. After lots of emails back and forth, I had to ask for a refund, which only happened after my third request. I'm really disappointed with how this company handled everything - the lack of communication and not being able to fulfill my order.
I got like this cozy blankie super-comfy cloud thing
So yeah, I got this super awesome cloud comforter back in December and it was supposed to arrive in January. Totally cool with that timeline, no rush. But then I didn't hear anything about my order until January 12th when they said it was shipped. The crazy part is, the tracking number they gave me doesn't even work, like it's fake. And then the app is showing my package was delivered on the 16th when it definitely wasn't. Now the app just says "shipped" and "waiting for details" but the tracking number is still no good. I'm trying to reach out to customer service, but all they say is they're still catching up from the holidays, which seems kinda silly by now. If my blanket doesn't arrive soon, I might just ask for a refund, but who knows if they'll even get back to me. Seems like others are experiencing the same issue. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe FedEx is causing problems. All I know is, I need a proper tracking number from the company to sort this out and nothing seems to be happening.
Comforter purchase with 30-day try-out
I recently bought a comforter from this company that lets you try it out for 30 days. Unfortunately, I found the comforter to be too warm for my liking. When I contacted customer service to start the return process, I was met with amazing service. The staff were really nice and helpful. They even suggested that instead of returning the comforter, I could donate it to a homeless shelter and still get a full refund. I thought that was a great and thoughtful idea.
Moreover, the customer service team went out of their way to help me find addresses for local shelters. Even though I didn't end up donating, they quickly sent me a return label free of charge. The whole process was smooth and easy, with my refund processed the next day. I was really impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown by the customer service team and how they accommodated my needs.

Oh my gosh, I got this shirt from that store and I was super pumped to wear it to school. But then I had a question about the size and it took them forever to reply to my email. And can you believe it? They didn't even answer when I called! So frustrating. 🙄
Pillow purchase
As someone who bought a pillow, I gotta say I was pretty happy with it at first. It was nice and firm, giving me a comfy night's sleep. But after just a few months, it started to lose its shape and get all lumpy. It's frustrating to see something wear out so fast, especially considering how much it cost me.
Comforter purchase
When we got the comforter from the company, me and my husband were kind of bummed out because it made us way too hot at night, even though it was comfy at first. So we decided to send it back, but it turned out the 7-day trial they talked about on their website wasn't as simple as we thought. We ordered it on the 13th, got it on the 16th, and then got charged on the 19th out of nowhere. They said they'd cancel the charge on our card within 7 days if we wanted to return it, but they still charged us after just 3 nights. That made us ask for a return the next morning right away.
King size comforter
I recently ordered a King size comforter but was bummed to get a Queen size instead. I reached out to customer service and sent pics of the tag as proof, but they didn't seem to care. It's frustrating to feel like they're not taking my issue seriously, maybe they're swamped with other stuff. It's been a few days now and still no word or return label. It's pretty disappointing how they're handling this, not a good look for their customer service reputation.
Duvet Cover and Comforter
I bought a duvet cover and comforter from this company recently, but I had a pretty bad experience. I ordered them a few days before Thanksgiving, only to realize there was a Black Friday deal going on all month. The duvet cover arrived before the comforter, which was weird to me. I didn't even open the duvet cover package because I was waiting for the comforter. They said the comforter would be sent a few days later, but there were shipping delays. They also mentioned they wouldn't bill me until after a 7-day trial period. Even after the trial ended, the comforter still hadn't been shipped. I decided to cancel my order because of all the delays, and I quickly got a refund for the comforter that hadn't been sent. It's been 13 days since they got the duvet cover back, but I still haven't gotten my full refund. They gave me a tracking number for the duvet cover, but the refund is taking longer than I expected.
