Ooma device replacement
So, I had to order a new Ooma device 'cause my old one conked out after 11 years. Generally, I've had a good run with Ooma. But when it was time to swap out my device, I hit a snag. Managed to get the new device with overnight delivery, which was handy. But I struggled to set it up under my existing account without calling in during weekday hours. So, I was left without a phone all weekend, even though I had the new device right there. Kinda sucked that there wasn't 24-hour customer service. The website should also have clear instructions for DIY installation.

I just bought some iPhone cases and I'm really happy with how good they are. They give great protection and are surprisingly light. The only downside is that they seem to attract fingerprints super easily.

Group tour in Sri Lanka
My recent group tour in Sri Lanka with some friends was unreal, eh? From checking out spots like Ella and Kandy to finding hidden gems in Nuwara Eliya, every second was unforgettable. Our local guide, Nandena, knew their stuff and told us all about the traditions and culture of the country. The hikes in the mountains were so thrilling and made the trip even better. I'm really happy I went on this tour with my buddies instead of going solo. It was definitely worth it!

Wrong colour, contact customer support, re-order
So at first, I ordered the wrong colour purse and had to contact customer service to fix it and then place the right order. Despite my mix-up, the service I got was amazing! The customer service peeps were super fast and nice, and they even offered me a discount on my first order. The purses came in perfect condition, with eco-friendly packaging, and they are just gorgeous. Plus, the shipping was crazy quick! I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

Comfy and cute bras
So, I bought some really comfy and cute bras from this online store the other day. I'm a member so I was supposed to get free shipping, but for some reason, it didn't work for my order. I reached out to customer service about it and they got back to me super fast. They already refunded the shipping fee by the next morning. They also said they would check out what happened, which I thought was great. The bras I got were just as comfy and cute as they were advertised. Overall, my experience with customer service and the quality of the products was really good.

My coat
So, I got this coat, eh? It was super cute and all, but then I had to return it 'cause it didn't fit right, you know? But when I tried, they were like, "No way, Jose!" They changed their return policy to only two weeks, which is so short, eh! And they wouldn't even make an exception for me, even though it was just a few days past that! So unfair, right? And when I tried to talk to a manager, they were never around, always on a break or something. They promised to get back to me, but they never did, eh. Now I'm stuck with this coat that doesn't even fit! Ugh, I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

King size comforter
I recently ordered a King size comforter but was bummed to get a Queen size instead. I reached out to customer service and sent pics of the tag as proof, but they didn't seem to care. It's frustrating to feel like they're not taking my issue seriously, maybe they're swamped with other stuff. It's been a few days now and still no word or return label. It's pretty disappointing how they're handling this, not a good look for their customer service reputation.

Even though I heard some mixed reviews about the customer service at Kenneth Cole, I thought I'd give them a try and ordered a pair of shoes online. Ordering went pretty well, but I did run into a few glitches on the website. Luckily, I managed to finish my purchase without any big problems, so I was happy about that. The only thing that bugged me a bit was that the prices were a bit higher than other brands I usually check out, which made me think twice about my purchase.

Large coffee order and discount issue
I've been coming here for ages and usually get tons of coffee. But lately, I had a problem with a discount not being put on my order. I talked to a guy named "Oscar" who said he'd make sure the discount was added to my account and charged on my card. Waited 2 hours, discount still didn't show up. Called Oscar again, he said he never said anything about a discount. My buddy confirmed Oscar did say there'd be a discount. Oscar was so rude, denied everything, and didn't want to cancel my order for a full refund. He wouldn't give me the owner or manager's name. As much as I love the coffee, I'm not coming back after that awful experience.

Helmet purchase
I bought a helmet from a website recently and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. They didn't mention that the prices were in USD, so I ended up paying way more than I thought I would. Plus, I only found out about the return policy after it was too late, so I couldn't really do much to fix it. The website was pretty unclear and it was really frustrating. Now I'm just kind of stuck with this helmet that I don't think is worth what I paid for it.
