Honestly, I gotta let you all know about the distributor I dealt with for this purchase. It was a total nightmare dealing with them. They were so unprofessional, not getting back to me, and not keeping their word. I had high hopes because of the brand's reputation, but I was so let down. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of buying from this distributor no matter what.

So, I had to order a new Ooma device 'cause my old one conked out after 11 years. Generally, I've had a good run with Ooma. But when it was time to swap out my device, I hit a snag. Managed to get the new device with overnight delivery, which was handy. But I struggled to set it up under my existing account without calling in during weekday hours. So, I was left without a phone all weekend, even though I had the new device right there. Kinda sucked that there wasn't 24-hour customer service. The website should also have clear instructions for DIY installation.

I just bought something from this store, and I gotta say I wasn't too happy with how long it took to ship. I paid extra for a certain shipping method, but when I checked on my package, it wasn't sent that way. It ended up taking way longer than I thought to get my stuff, and I was pretty annoyed. But, when I called customer service to talk about it, the person I spoke to was really helpful and fixed the problem right away by giving me a refund for the shipping cost. Even though I was disappointed at first, I gotta give credit to the customer service rep for being honest and quick about fixing the mistake.

Christmas gift order
I ordered my Christmas gift with an expected arrival date of December 22, as shown on the confirmation page. Two people saw me do it. I received one confirmation email, but the second one arrived at 1 am on December 22, saying my order would arrive on December 29. I called customer service and spoke to a nice person who tried to help but whoever they talked to made a decision to do nothing. They clearly don't know much about customer service. Another customer suggested they could have fixed it by overnighting my order and covering the cost, but the person in charge didn't have the guts to address the problem. I thought this was a great company based on the funny stuff on their website and emails, but I was really let down. I won't be recommending or supporting them anymore.

I bought some stuff from this company because they said they have lifetime warranty. But that's all just a trick to make you think it's a good deal. I got two iPhone cases, a wallet, two AirTag holders, and an EarPod case. At first, the leather looked nice and soft, but it didn't take long for it to look worn out. After about a year, everything started getting scratched, torn, and falling apart. When I asked for replacements under the lifetime warranty, they gave me excuses. At first, they said okay to replacing them, but then they said they don't make those items anymore so they won't honor the warranty. My wallet is falling apart with tears and threads showing, and they still sell it! They said it's just normal wear and tear and doesn't count for the warranty. How is tears and threads normal? Even my cheap wallets last longer than theirs. My advice is to forget about their lifetime warranty, it's a scam. If you buy something from them, be ready for it to break in a few months.

Glasses order messed up
Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I ordered my glasses and they were completely wrong! My prescription was all mixed up and they converted it wrong, it was so off. I sent them tons of emails asking them to fix it, but they didn't even reply until I demanded a refund. They finally gave me my money back, but I'm never going back to them!

So, I bought some really comfy and cute bras from this online store the other day. I'm a member so I was supposed to get free shipping, but for some reason, it didn't work for my order. I reached out to customer service about it and they got back to me super fast. They already refunded the shipping fee by the next morning. They also said they would check out what happened, which I thought was great. The bras I got were just as comfy and cute as they were advertised. My coat
So, I got this coat, eh? It was super cute and all, but then I had to return it 'cause it didn't fit right, you know? But when I tried, they were like, "No way, Jose!" They changed their return policy to only two weeks, which is so short, eh! And they wouldn't even make an exception for me, even though it was just a few days past that! So unfair, right? And when I tried to talk to a manager, they were never around, always on a break or something. They promised to get back to me, but they never did, eh. Now I'm stuck with this coat that doesn't even fit! Ugh, I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

I've been coming here for ages and usually get tons of coffee. But lately, I had a problem with a discount not being put on my order. I talked to a guy named "Oscar" who said he'd make sure the discount was added to my account and charged on my card. Waited 2 hours, discount still didn't show up. Called Oscar again, he said he never said anything about a discount. My buddy confirmed Oscar did say there'd be a discount. Oscar was so rude, denied everything, and didn't want to cancel my order for a full refund. He wouldn't give me the owner or manager's name. As much as I love the coffee, I'm not coming back after that awful experience.

Helmet purchase
I bought a helmet from a website recently and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. They didn't mention that the prices were in USD, so I ended up paying way more than I thought I would. Plus, I only found out about the return policy after it was too late, so I couldn't really do much to fix it. The website was pretty unclear and it was really frustrating. Now I'm just kind of stuck with this helmet that I don't think is worth what I paid for it.
