That's awesome that they have so many sustainable products to choose from, those long boxers seem like they'd be perfect for keeping warm in cold weather. It's also nice to see they have period wear included in their collection. But man, those international shipping prices are way too high! It's crazy that it costs as much as 1 to 2 underwear products just to ship to Europe.

I reached out to customer service about it and they got back to me super fast. They already refunded the shipping fee by the next morning. They also said they would check out what happened, which I thought was great. The bras I got were just as comfy and cute as they were advertised.
