    Christmas gift watch

    So, I bought my boyfriend a watch for Christmas from here, but unfortunately, he didn't like it. I decided to return it since they have a 30-day refund policy. Let me tell you, it felt like forever to get that refund. I was starting to lose hope that I would ever see my money back. But look at that, after about 40 days from the day I sent out the watch, I finally got my full refund. Gotta admit, they were pretty good at responding to my emails right away, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars.

    Defective watch strap

    I purchased a watch from this place as a gift three years ago, but the strap broke. When I tried to get it fixed, I found out it's a custom design that cannot be replaced. I contacted the brand for a spare part, but they no longer make it! What a waste of money for a watch that only lasted three years. I won't be shopping here again.

    I recently bought a pair of shoes online and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with how everything turned out. The shoes I received were not only the wrong color, but they were also dirty and dusty when they arrived. The quality of the shoes was not up to par at all. And when I tried to get in touch with customer service about the issue, I was not impressed. The person I talked to wasn't helpful at all and didn't offer any real solutions or even an apology for the mistake. All in all, my whole experience with this purchase was not good at all.

    I had a frustrating time trying to reset my password with Kenneth Cole. After waiting for 72 hours for a business request, I called for a whole week but there was no solution in sight. This meant I couldn't buy any shoes, which was really disappointing. The customer service rep I talked to today suggested making a new profile with a different email address because my current account was seeing me as an existing customer. However, even this didn't work, and I felt so helpless and frustrated. When I reached out to the company again, I found out there was just one supervisor and two customer service reps available, and they couldn't come up with a new solution. It's disappointing to see a company like this lacking follow-through and problem-solving skills. It's even more disheartening since I know someone who works for Kenneth Cole, and this experience doesn't match the good image I had of the brand. Overall, my customer service experience at Kenneth Cole has been pretty disappointing, and I'd advise others to think twice before asking for help in a similar situation.

    Kenneth Cole Reaction slippers

    I just bought this pair of slippers from the store, and man, I was really let down by how bad they were. I shelled out way more cash for these than another pair I got somewhere else, and that old pair lasted me two whole years. These Kenneth Cole slippers? Well, they only made it two months before completely falling apart. What a letdown.

    Hoodie with a cool design

    Oh man, I made the mistake of ordering this hoodie online without even looking at the reviews. And now I'm kicking myself for it. The description on the website was so unclear, and when I tried to send it back, they charged me for "Shipping and Processing" fees. It's completely unfair!     So, I ordered some clothes online and they didn't fit, eh. I sent them back, but it's been 2 months and still no sign of my money, eh.     Kenneth Cole Men's Coat

    I recently bought a Kenneth Cole men's coat and man, was I ever let down by the quality! I mean, after just a year of having it and taking good care of it in my closet, all the leather stuff on it was totally wrecked. When I tried to get some help from Kenneth Cole, they sent me over to Macy's in Chicago. But guess what? Macy's wouldn't take it back because of their silly 30-day rule. I even asked if I could send the coat to Kenneth Cole for them to check out and maybe fix, but they didn't even give me an address. This whole situation has been super frustrating, and now I'm starting to wonder about how much they actually care about their products.

    Despite the fact that this brand has products of good quality, I had a big problem with my recent online purchase. I bought a pair of shoes and then saw that they put two holds on my bank account, which led to an overdraft fee. This isn't the first time this has happened with this brand, and it's just not okay. When I reached out to customer service, they tried to say they only put one hold, but my bank said otherwise. I'm really let down by the lack of honesty and responsibility from this brand, especially considering they have such a good reputation.
