    I love iHerb, eh? Their website is so awesome and easy to use, plus my order got here super quick! But man, when it came time to pay, there was a little surprise. The prices were in a different currency than what I'm used to, and there were some taxes and customs fees that weren't included. So my $100 order ended up costing me $130 - what a bummer, right? Plus, I didn't even have the option to pick how my package was delivered, they just went with one company. And that company was a bit sketchy, making me pay twice for my order even though my bank confirmed I already paid. It was such a hassle! Really hoping they fix these issues because I really wanna keep shopping there.

    I just wanted to see if that PDF software you guys have could convert files to MS Publisher. The sales department told me it could, but turns out that wasn't entirely true when I tried out the trial version. It's pretty frustrating when companies aren't straight up about what their product can actually do.

    Bought some clothes

    So I ordered some clothes online and needed to send an email because I had a question. The person in customer service just completely ghosted me. They said to go to the store, but when I went there, they said to email! A whole week went by before they finally sent another email asking me to rate how they fixed my issue. But they didn't fix anything! And then they didn't even respond to that email either! Like, come on? Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm so dissatisfied.

    Incorrect size received

    I recently bought something online and had a really bad experience with the service. Firstly, my order confirmation email ended up in my junk folder which caused some confusion. When I got my order, I saw that they sent me the wrong size. I asked for a size 11 but got a size 12 instead. When I contacted customer service to fix it, they said I ordered the size 12 even though I know I ordered 11. I tried to explain but they wouldn't admit their mistake or offer a good solution. I asked to talk to a manager but never heard back. The lack of responsibility and bad communication from customer service was frustrating and disappointing. I won't shop with them again.

    I can't even put into words how frustrated and mad I am with the online customer service of this company. I was just trying to make a simple return, but it's turned into a total nightmare. Even though the tracking says they got my return, I still haven't heard anything about my refund. And when I tried to reach out through chat, no surprise, nobody was there to help. It's crazy to me how a company can have great products but drop the ball so hard on customer service.

    Curve clothing purchase

    Oh my goodness, I just adore all the clothes and options they have for us ladies with curves! I found so many things I loved, but I could only get one because Clearpay was being so annoying and wouldn't cooperate. Now I'm crossing my fingers that the other items I wanted are still in stock next time I go shopping. It's just so aggravating!

    As a big fan of these health products, I gotta say, their coffee is something else. Like, it's really top-notch. I've even shared it with my family because the quality of their stuff is just unmatched. Plus, they provide some super helpful health education through their podcast, books, and infographics that have really made a difference for me on my health journey.

    But, I gotta take off one star for a couple reasons. First off, it's kind of a bummer that they don't have published COAs. I mean, consumers need to know that what they're getting is safe, right? And secondly, as someone living in Europe, it's tough to get their products without breaking the bank because of those high prices on Amazon.uk and Amazon.de. It would be awesome if they could find more distribution channels for us European biohackers.

    Recent glasses purchase

    I recently bought a pair of glasses from Glasses Gallery and let me tell you, the refund process was a real headache. It took them a whole 14 to 21 business days just to give me a store credit after I returned the product. Why does it have to take so darn long for a simple store credit? Plus, there's no connection with Hudson Bay, so you're out of luck if anything goes sideways. My honest advice? Look elsewhere for your glasses to steer clear of any unnecessary letdowns. Definitely won't be shopping here again!

    I had to cancel an order from this store because I ordered the wrong size. Luckily, Jorge A., the customer service rep, was very helpful and quickly helped me cancel the order. His professionalism and quick response really impressed me. I'm thankful for his great service and will definitely shop here again in the future.
