As a customer, I was kind of bummed to find out that the sneakers I ordered from this European company were actually shipped all the way from Deutschland. I love iHerb, eh? Their website is so awesome and easy to use, plus my order got here super quick! But man, when it came time to pay, there was a little surprise. The prices were in a different currency than what I'm used to, and there were some taxes and customs fees that weren't included. So my $100 order ended up costing me $130 - what a bummer, right? Plus, I didn't even have the option to pick how my package was delivered, they just went with one company. And that company was a bit sketchy, making me pay twice for my order even though my bank confirmed I already paid. It was such a hassle! So I ordered some clothes online and needed to send an email because I had a question. The person in customer service just completely ghosted me. They said to go to the store, but when I went there, they said to email! A whole week went by before they finally sent another email asking me to rate how they fixed my issue. But they didn't fix anything! And then they didn't even respond to that email either! Like, come on? Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm so dissatisfied.

Incorrect size received
I recently bought something online and had a really bad experience with the service. Firstly, my order confirmation email ended up in my junk folder which caused some confusion. When I got my order, I saw that they sent me the wrong size. I asked for a size 11 but got a size 12 instead. When I contacted customer service to fix it, they said I ordered the size 12 even though I know I ordered 11. I tried to explain but they wouldn't admit their mistake or offer a good solution. I asked to talk to a manager but never heard back. The lack of responsibility and bad communication from customer service was frustrating and disappointing. I won't shop with them again.

As a big fan of these health products, I gotta say, their coffee is something else. Like, it's really top-notch. I've even shared it with my family because the quality of their stuff is just unmatched. Plus, they provide some super helpful health education through their podcast, books, and infographics that have really made a difference for me on my health journey.
But, I gotta take off one star for a couple reasons. First off, it's kind of a bummer that they don't have published COAs. I mean, consumers need to know that what they're getting is safe, right? And secondly, as someone living in Europe, it's tough to get their products without breaking the bank because of those high prices on Amazon.uk and Amazon.de. I spent a lot of money on these denim shorts, but they fell apart after only a few times in the wash. The pocket placement caused the fabric to split, which was a major design flaw. What's even worse is that the company doesn't offer any kind of warranty. I think I'll just stick with brands like Mother jeans that have a one-year warranty instead.

I gotta tell you, I had to get a new charger for my speaker and man, the customer service I got was just awful. Can you believe they're still selling the speakers but wouldn't even give me the time of day when I needed help? It's so annoying to spend good money on something just to be brushed off when it malfunctions. The speakers work great, but the lack of help when you need it is a big downside. I really wouldn't recommend buying their speakers because of the terrible support. It's super frustrating to feel like you're all alone and nobody's listening.
