I bought a really expensive chair a couple of years back, but it didn't have all the extra features I paid for. It was such a hassle trying to contact someone about it, and then it took two whole months to receive the missing parts. And let me tell you about the warranty - they were nowhere to be found. The chair didn't even last very long before falling apart. Such a waste of money, could have bought a much cheaper one that would've lasted longer.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I bought something from them and had a problem with it, but when I tried to reach out for help, they completely ignored my emails and messages on social media. It's obvious that their customer service is terrible, which is really frustrating since I spent my hard-earned money with them. After going back and forth with customer service through messages, I finally got an RMA number on July 27, 2022. It's been five months now, and I still haven't gotten a replacement. Every time I check in, they say they'll check on it, but then I hear nothing until I bug them again. The lack of communication and not sticking to their warranty promise has really irked me and made me unhappy with their customer service.

My chair's piston broke a few months ago, so I asked for a new one. They said they'd send it, but I've been waiting for months with no news. I asked again, but it seems like they're dragging their feet because they don't have the replacement. I'm pretty let down by this expensive chair. A bunch of other folks have had the same problem, so I wouldn't take the chance - shop somewhere else. These chairs are flimsy and way overpriced. Mike M from Customer Service is a total joke.

Sure, I might put a bit too much strain on the seat by tilting back, but thankfully the warranty has got me covered for any replacements. It's kinda frustrating that after just 2 months of using it, the chair keeps sinking down in height. But hey, Vertagear came through and swapped out the gas lift real quick once I sent in all the paperwork from Dell. I gotta say, their speedy reaction and fixing the issue was much appreciated.

So like, I got this chair a while ago and the base just decided to give up on me 😒 But hey, good thing the warranty actually came in clutch this time! It did take them a bit to replace it, but better late than never, you know?
