    SL5800 Chair

    I recently got myself the SL5800 chair from this company after thinking long and hard about getting a new chair. Let me tell you, it was totally worth it! This chair has been giving me the comfort and support I need during those long hours of sitting. But, just four months in, the left armrest decided to break off out of nowhere. Man, was I disappointed and frustrated, especially given how much I paid for this chair.

    So, I decided to reach out to their customer service department and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and thoroughly they responded. They were super professional and efficient in handling my issue, and it only took about three weeks from the time I made my claim to getting a new armrest. Hats off to them for their amazing customer service and for fixing the problem in such a timely manner. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and how the company dealt with my issue.

    Ergonomic chair purchase

    My experience with this company was truly amazing. The packaging for the product was really well done, it kept my new ergonomic chair safe and sound. The design of the packaging was so easy to use and had such great attention to detail. When I had a problem with one screw and contacted customer service, I was so impressed with their help. They quickly sent out a replacement part after I got in touch with them, making sure I knew it was on the way. Their fast and efficient response made me feel important as a customer. The replacement part arrived quickly and then a representative followed up to make sure everything was okay. I'm really amazed by how this company goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I'm a big fan now and will definitely be telling others about them.

    Super comfy chair

    I picked up this chair 6 years ago and it's still amazing! I've tested out a bunch of other chairs and they've all been disappointing. But this one feels like I'm sitting on a cloud. It's really helped with my back pain, I'm so grateful for it. And it's really strong and has all these great adjustable options. The customer service folks are awesome too, always ready to lend a hand. All in all, I'd say this chair is a real winner and I'd suggest it to anyone in need of comfort and quality.

    Gas lift replacement

    So, after using my chair for about 15 months, I noticed that the gas lift started randomly deflating. It was pretty annoying cause it made the chair less comfy and useful. But hey, good thing I was still covered by warranty, and getting the replacement was quick, easy, and didn't cost me a dime. The customer service folks were super helpful and walked me through everything, making sure I got the replacement part fast. I'm happy with how they handled things, and now I can sit in my chair without any issues.

    Expensive chair with missing parts

    I bought a really expensive chair a couple of years back, but it didn't have all the extra features I paid for. It was such a hassle trying to contact someone about it, and then it took two whole months to receive the missing parts. And let me tell you about the warranty - they were nowhere to be found. The chair didn't even last very long before falling apart. Such a waste of money, could have bought a much cheaper one that would've lasted longer.

    PL6800 chair for big guys

    This chair is a total game-changer for us big guys, eh! Finally, a chair that fits like a glove and can handle the fact that I tend to lean in it a lot. The PL6800 is a godsend, allowing me to sit back and relax without worrying about the chair giving out under my weight. Sure, I might put a bit too much strain on the seat by tilting back, but thankfully the warranty has got me covered for any replacements. And can I just say, the customer service is amazing - always there when you need 'em, eh!

    Office chair

    I was waiting longer than I thought I would for my office chair, but when I reached out to customer support, they told me the color I wanted was out of stock. They were super quick to reply and even offered to switch the color for me. They were really helpful throughout the whole thing, keeping me in the loop every step of the way.     Chair break, warranty claim

    So like, I got this chair a while ago and the base just decided to give up on me 😒 But hey, good thing the warranty actually came in clutch this time! It did take them a bit to replace it, but better late than never, you know?     I got this huge chair for my son because he's a big guy and let me tell you, it's been holding up like a champ! He's always breaking things, but Vertagear is amazing and they send us free parts whenever something breaks. I swear, I'm sticking with this brand for good!

    Hey, so I read a bunch of bad reviews about this company, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because the website was kinda wonky and not user-friendly, but I eventually managed to figure out how to order my chair. It took forever to arrive, but when it finally did, I was like, "hey, this chair is really comfy." However, my armrest ended up getting all loose and wobbly. I reached out to them and they quickly sent me a replacement part for free. The seat is a bit flimsy though, it's already starting to tear. Overall, it's been okay for me but maybe not the best choice for someone bigger.

    Broken seat mechanism warranty claim

    I had an issue with my chair where the seat mechanism broke, and I was bummed to see it happened while still under warranty. After going back and forth with customer service through messages, I finally got an RMA number on July 27, 2022. It's been five months now, and I still haven't gotten a replacement. Every time I check in, they say they'll check on it, but then I hear nothing until I bug them again. The lack of communication and not sticking to their warranty promise has really irked me and made me unhappy with their customer service.

    Chair piston broke

    My chair's piston broke a few months ago, so I asked for a new one. They said they'd send it, but I've been waiting for months with no news. I asked again, but it seems like they're dragging their feet because they don't have the replacement. I'm pretty let down by this expensive chair. A bunch of other folks have had the same problem, so I wouldn't take the chance - shop somewhere else. These chairs are flimsy and way overpriced. Mike M from Customer Service is a total joke.

    Chair part replacement

    I had a problem with a broken chair part, but totally forgot about my extended warranty. Luckily, the customer service team helped me out by finding my warranty number and sending me a replacement part right away. They even replied to all of my emails on the same day. It was a really positive experience all around.
