I'm really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I bought something from them and had a problem with it, but when I tried to reach out for help, they completely ignored my emails and messages on social media. It's obvious that their customer service is terrible, which is really frustrating since I spent my hard-earned money with them. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them, then I would have known what to expect.
