They suggested a quick fix of putting a coin under the machine to stop the gap, which I thought was not right for a new product. When I told them I was concerned about getting a defective machine, they stopped replying. I sent several emails over weeks, but got no response. It's not fair for a company to treat their customers like this. I feel like they're not focused on making their customers happy, which is a big problem.
