    Issue with skywards account

    I'm really disappointed with the customer service I've been getting for my skywards account. I've been trying to sort out an issue for two years now, but all I get are automated responses that don't really help. It's frustrating to feel like my problems aren't being taken seriously and that my emails aren't being read or understood. The fact that I can't get personalized help and a solution to my problem makes me doubt the quality of service this company offers.

    Flight ticket with an airline

    I had a really crappy experience on my flight recently. The food they served wasn't great and the coffee they gave us when it wasn't mealtime was just lukewarm Nescafe. I've definitely had better food and drinks on other airlines before.

    To top it off, my flight got delayed in Dubai, which meant I arrived in Düsseldorf 7 hours later than planned. And then, to add insult to injury, my luggage didn't even make it on the flight. It took 10 whole days for them to deliver it to me, and when they did, both of my suitcases were all banged up.

    Honestly, this whole ordeal has left me feeling pretty frustrated. I think I'll be looking for a different airline to use for my next trip.

    Booking airplane ticket

    So, I was trying to book a plane ticket with this company, and let me tell you, it was such a bad experience! The booking system was super confusing, and when I tried to manage my booking, it was a total disaster! My booking wasn't even showing up there, it was like a nightmare! On top of that, the staff was really rude and not helpful at all, and their rules are just ridiculous - you can't even change your flight without getting hit with a penalty. Ugh, for real, dealing with Ryanair is way better than this hot mess!

    Long flight from London Heathrow to Mauritius

    Just got to Mauritius after a super long flight from London Heathrow with Emirates. Even though we faced some issues and delays because of a rainstorm and flight changes, the staff really stepped up and did a fantastic job. The airport was packed but Emirates made sure to offer free food choices for everyone. The flight attendants, especially on the Dubai/Mauritius route, were outstanding in looking after us throughout the exhausting trip.

    Flight seat booking

    Trying to book a seat for my flight was such a hassle. The website was a mess, so hard to use and pick a seat. When I tried to contact customer service, I just couldn't figure out how to reach them. And when I added my email to get a response, it said my email was wrong. Calling their help line was no better - no one picked up! And don't get me started on the crazy $181 fee just to pick a seat for one part of my trip, only to end up with a regular window seat. Paying for WiFi that hardly worked and then being told to sort it out with the provider was the last straw. I tried reaching out again at home, but still no response. All in all, a horrible experience that has really put me off.

    Flight booking with lost luggage

    So, I had a flight booked with Emirates not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare because my luggage went missing. Both my stuff and my buddy's stuff didn't make it to Amsterdam when they were supposed to, and it sounds like it was because of the weather messing things up. I fly with them a lot, you know, always going to Dubai, so this whole thing is really bumming me out. I'm super upset and annoyed about the whole situation. I really hope they find my stuff soon and get it back to me.

    Flight delay and cancellation chaos

    Our recent flight with the airline was a total letdown because they totally dropped the ball on handling the situation when our flight got delayed and then cancelled. Two days after a storm in Dubai, we were supposed to head back home but things went sideways. The plane just sat there for hours waiting for crew members, and after a 5-hour delay, they finally called it off. To top it off, other flights were still taking off that day, so we were left feeling lost and stuck.

    Disappointing flight experience

    Our flight from Dubai to Birmingham was such a letdown. We've had good experiences with this airline before, but this time was a complete disappointment. There was a lady with four rowdy kids in front of us, making the whole flight a mess. We asked to move seats, but the flight attendant didn't seem to care and wasn't helpful at all. It took forever to get a response, and when we finally did, we were told there were no other seats available. The lack of communication and support from the staff was really frustrating. And to top it off, other passengers were being disrespectful too, like the lady next to my wife who kept invading her space and even took her drink without asking. The family in front of us didn't follow safety instructions and ignored the flight attendants' requests, causing even more chaos. The whole flight was a mess because no one seemed to have any control or discipline, from the passengers to the staff.

    I just took a flight and it was honestly amazing. The service was top-notch, so many entertainment choices, and the whole trip went super well. The pilots were great at getting us safely to our destination. They even got my special meal right. Overall, I have zero complaints.

    My flight from Dubai to Toronto

    Oh man, let me tell you about my flight back from Dubai to Toronto. The airport was a bit chaotic, but once I got on the plane, things went pretty smoothly. My luggage decided to go on its own little adventure and showed up a week later, but I can't be mad about that. The baggage folks did a great job bringing it right to my door. I've been flying with them for ages and honestly, I can't complain about anything. Booking, service, flight - I can't find any faults.

    Long haul flight with terrible service

    My family and I recently took a trip to Vietnam to visit my son. We chose to fly with this airline because everyone said they were the best. But let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! Our flight from Glasgow to Dubai was delayed and when we arrived in Dubai, it was complete chaos. Nobody knew where to go, the staff were so rude, and it took us over 20 hours to get a new boarding pass. We were exhausted, hungry, and so scared. By the time we finally made it to Hanoi, our luggage was in terrible condition - one bag was broken and missing a wheel, while the other one took forever to arrive. We almost missed my son's wedding because of the airline's incompetence. We will definitely never fly with them again, that's for sure!

    Flight to Manchester

    I had to go to Manchester by plane, and it was actually really nice. The folks working there were super friendly even though the weather wasn't great. We ended up being a little behind schedule, but it wasn't too awful. However, we had to wait forever for our bags - like 9 whole days! That felt like forever to get my things. I reckon Emirates could do better by keeping customers informed, maybe by sending out texts or something.

    My flight and travel experience

    I went on this trip from Bangkok to Dubai to London, but ended up getting stuck in Oman and Dubai for a nightmare of 3 and a half days! Can you believe that? Finally made it back home on April 20th. It was so frustrating and stressful because I couldn't access my stuff for almost 10 days. Now I want my money back for the flight, hotel, food, taxi, and vouchers that Emirates said they'd give me but didn't deliver on time. Plus, I want compensation for the health issues their lack of care caused me. I've got all the receipts and proof to back it up. The Emirates staff treated me poorly, like I was some kind of animal. Totally unfair. I was so upset that they treated some passengers better than others.
