I had to go to Manchester by plane, and it was actually really nice. The folks working there were super friendly even though the weather wasn't great. We ended up being a little behind schedule, but it wasn't too awful. However, we had to wait forever for our bags - like 9 whole days! That felt like forever to get my things. I reckon Emirates could do better by keeping customers informed, maybe by sending out texts or something.

This was my first time ordering from this store and I gotta say, the overall experience was pretty good! I had to send back three items that were too big, but the return process was super easy. Printing out the return label and getting my refund was quick and painless. I would totally think about ordering from this store again down the road.
