    So, y'know, I had this really annoying thing where my order took forever to get here. I talked to this really nice person who was like, "Don't worry, girl!" She figured out that my order was stuck somewhere and wouldn't be coming for, like, another week. But then she offered me a refund on the shipping, which was super awesome! Definitely great customer service!

    Promo code application issue, live chat customer service

    I had a little trouble with applying a promo code at the checkout, so I reached out to the customer service through live chat. The person who helped me out was really friendly, easy to chat with, and they sorted out my issue quickly by adding the promo code and giving me a refund. The whole conversation went smoothly and everything was done in a jiffy, which made the whole experience pretty good.

    Oversized coat purchase

    I got my big coat in the mail today and was kinda bummed 'cause it was way bigger than I thought it would be. So, I decided to call customer service to see if I could swap it for a smaller size or maybe get my money back. Kameron helped me out and she was really patient and nice. She not only told me how to do the exchange, but she also answered all my questions about another coat I was lookin' at. She was quick, friendly, and great to deal with. The service I got from her was top-notch, eh.

    I just bought some pants from this place and ended up getting the wrong ones, even though they were the right size. But, I gotta give credit where it's due - their customer service was top-notch when I reached out about the mix-up. Noxolo really went above and beyond to sort it out quickly. They let me keep the wrong pants and sent me the right ones with rush shipping at no extra cost. Plus, the stuff I did get was really cute, so I can't wait to have the right ones in my hands in just 3 days.

    OMG, like, I ordered these super cute dresses online, and I was so pumped, but then the shipping updates were seriously MIA! The app didn't even show that my package was on its way, and the courier site was a total disaster. But then, I hopped on the chat on the website and Noxolo saved the day! She was, like, super helpful and made me feel way better about my package coming soon. So thankful for her help! The clothes are unreal, but yeah, they definitely need to step up their service game.

    I called customer service because my return package was stuck at the post office for a long time with no updates.     App Troubles

    The app was a complete disaster when I was trying to place my order. I thought I picked express shipping, but for some reason it changed to standard when I was checking out. I messaged them on Facebook, but didn't hear back, so I searched for a quicker way to get help. Lucky for me, there was a chat option I could use. Noxolo came to the rescue. They couldn't change the shipping method on my order, but they were able to cancel it (fingers crossed they did it in time). It wasn't ideal, but I went ahead and re-ordered. Noxolo even gave me a refund because the discount code I used earlier had expired. They were fast and knew what they were doing, which made the whole process much easier to handle.

    Oh my goodness, I can't believe it, I bought this tank top and shorts and they just looked so hideous and felt super cheap. I knew right away they weren't gonna last past one wash.     Tracking assistance

    I recently had a problem with tracking my package and I needed some help with it. It was frustrating not being able to track my order and having the estimated delivery dates keep changing. Amanda was able to help me out and track the package for me. I had ordered the item on Christmas Eve for a trip I had planned to Vegas, but the delivery date kept getting delayed all the way to the 24th of January. Amanda not only tracked the package, she also gave me all the information I needed and even refunded the shipping cost as a nice gesture.
