My recent order came in on time and was packed really well. The food that can go bad had good dates on them and everything tasted amazing. I would definitely suggest them to others.

So I was trying to make a trade, but the system was acting all glitchy and wouldn't let me do anything. My money ended up stuck in that dumb fiat currency and I couldn't buy what I wanted. Ended up losing a hundred twenty bucks! They never even bothered to explain why or try to fix things. I only had $2,500 in there, but if I had more it would've been a disaster. I had a really crappy experience on my flight recently. The food they served wasn't great and the coffee they gave us when it wasn't mealtime was just lukewarm Nescafe. I've definitely had better food and drinks on other airlines before.

To top it off, my flight got delayed in Dubai, which meant I arrived in Düsseldorf 7 hours later than planned. And then, to add insult to injury, my luggage didn't even make it on the flight. It took 10 whole days for them to deliver it to me, and when they did, both of my suitcases were all banged up.

Honestly, this whole ordeal has left me feeling pretty frustrated. I think I'll be looking for a different airline to use for my next trip.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with this subscription service. As soon as you sign up, trying to cancel is a total nightmare.
