    Replacement of defective device

    I had a problem with my vaporizer that I bought over 5 years ago. I reached out to customer service about the battery charging issue on my device, and they quickly figured out that it was a problem with the charging chip. The person I spoke with from customer service was really nice and helpful. They said they would send me a new device, the IQC, to replace the broken one. I was surprised by how much I liked the new IQC compared to my old one. It was definitely a quality upgrade. Overall, I'm really happy with how quickly and efficiently Da Vinci Vaporizer's customer service team resolved my problem.

    I'm really upset with how this company has been handling things. It's been two months since they said they'd replace my item under warranty, but I still haven't gotten it. What's the point of a '10 year warranty' if they don't follow through? It's just really frustrating to see them not caring about keeping customers happy or being professional.     Broken vaporizer, bad customer service

    So I bought this vape from this company and it broke after a few months. I reached out to customer service but got no response for 5 days! I had to go on Reddit and make a post just to get someone to reply. And even then, the warranty was no help! I recommend checking out Pax Vapes instead. Save your money and avoid these expensive and unreliable products.

    IQ2 Vaporizer

    I bought an IQ2 Vaporizer from this store, and it broke down after a few months. When I spoke to their customer service, they asked me to send it back for repairs. I did what they said, but when I received it back, it still didn't work. I sent it for repairs once more, and the same issue occurred. I tried reaching out through email, but it's been three weeks, and I haven't heard back. I not only wasted money buying the vaporizer, but also on postage to send it back twice. I've been a loyal customer, purchasing a different model before and two IQ2's, but the lack of response is really getting to me. I'm now thinking about trying a different brand in the hopes of better customer service.

    Faulty Microc vaporizer

    I bought the Microc vaporizer back in July, but it never seemed to work right. It stopped turning on completely within a month. I got in touch with customer service, sent it off for repairs. They said it was a soldering problem, fixed it up, only for it to break again by the end of October. I've been messaging and asking for repairs for almost a week now, but they're ignoring me. Overall, I'm really let down by the product and the terrible customer service.

    I bought a vaporizer from this company not too long ago, but sadly, it got damaged. When I told their customer service about it, they didn't want to fix it, even though it was their mistake. Their customer support was no help at all, especially Sammy, who was so rude and dismissive. It makes me wonder how they run their business. I'm going to go to their competitors from now on. Giving them one star is too nice for the terrible service I got.

    Unsatisfactory purchase of multiple Miqro vapes

    I bought these three Miqro vapes from this company and man, I gotta say, I'm super disappointed in the quality. Only used them a total of 20 times and all three just conked out on me. The batteries were already not great, but the whole units just stopped working, which is just not cool. So I contacted customer service and they were quick to blame it on the battery and user error. Like, come on! I've never had issues with my other vapes from different brands. Seems like this company has a pattern of poor quality and service, just check out the TrustPilot reviews.

    I just bought a vaporizer from this company, and it was a total disaster. I never got my order and when I tried to reach customer service, no one replied. I even emailed them for a refund but their system blocked me. It's so frustrating to deal with this lack of communication and professionalism from a supposedly good business. I really suggest not buying anything from them, seems like a scam to me.
