Device works, software and support need real help

the vaporizer itself does the job, but the apps and support made this into a headache. I was relieved the hardware heats and vapes fine, but honestly I spent more time troubleshooting than enjoying it. The web app behaved oddly — it started a heat cycle from a boxed unit, which felt unsafe and baffling. The Android app is better, you can at least set temperatures, but it mislabels my black unit as gunmetal, so weird little bugs everywhere. I opened tickets months ago and called a few times only to hit a recorded message about new products. I get innovation, but please patch what you already sell. I’ve bought from other brands where software updates actually arrive and support answers a human, so maybe my expectations come from that. Still, I’m kind of glad the core unit works — could’ve been worse. I’m thankful it wasn’t a complete loss, but disappointed after dropping over $300 USD and buying into their ecosystem. Small fixes would go a long way: better QA, a proper app team, someone to handle customer replies. I’ll keep using it while waiting for updates, but I’m not thrilled.

Not the right fit for me, but I learned something

this one didn’t work out for me, though I’m actually glad I figured that out before doubling down. I bought the Davinci IQ3 because I came back to cannabis after about 40 years away and wanted something “top shelf” — partly for chronic back pain and partly because I didn’t want to fiddle with something cheap. I did my homework, read lots of glowing reviews, and thought I was making a safe choice. Turns out, not so much.
After a few weeks of trying different loads, grinds, temps and packing styles, I had to accept it: this unit demanded a level of precision I wasn’t willing to live with. I’ve used other devices (I still have a POTV Lobo and an Xmax) that fire up and give consistent vapor with minimal fuss. The IQ3 certainly heats and there’s airflow, but in my hands it took multiple attempts to get any noticeable vapor — and even then the buzz was minimal. I wasted a lot of good flower learning what it wants: exact grind, exact pack, exact temp. Maybe some users like that control, but I prefer something reliable when I need relief.
Customer service didn’t help much — I asked why my earlier reviews weren’t posted and heard nothing back, which added to the frustration. The unit is non-returnable once opened, so that’s another downside to keep in mind. On the bright side, going through this made me appreciate simpler devices and saved me from further expense; I’m grateful I already had working backups and that I didn’t keep trying to force a fit.
If you’re new to vaping, or you want something foolproof for pain management, this one might not be the right path. If you enjoy tinkering and dialing everything in, it could be excellent. For me, I went back to my Lobo and Xmax and felt better about my purchase choices overall.

When I finally felt it was over

I remember taking it out of the box and thinking “this is slick,” but the moment I actually knew I was satisfied wasn’t when I opened it — it was the exact opposite, oddly. Lemme explain. I was gifted the IQ3 and wanted to like it so badly. First session, it flashed two error codes and didn’t do anything. I tried again, tried to set the temp manually, and still nothing but error messages and fizzling disappointment. It’d shut itself off about 2.5 minutes after I turned it on every single time. Like, consistent. Every. Single. Time. Super frustrating, especially when you shelled out or someone did for you.

I'm really upset with how this company has been handling things. It's been two months since they said they'd replace my item under warranty, but I still haven't gotten it. What's the point of a '10 year warranty' if they don't follow through? It's just really frustrating to see them not caring about keeping customers happy or being professional. I might have to get in touch with the right people to sort this out.

I had a pretty lousy experience with this company when I asked a simple question about an accessory and didn't get any response for three weeks. I've been sending them emails twice a week with no luck in getting an answer. It's really annoying when companies don't take customer questions seriously, especially when it's something as simple as an accessory.

I use it all the time now and love how well-built it is - I can just toss it in my bag and go without worrying about it breaking. I had a problem with my vaporizer that I bought over 5 years ago. I reached out to customer service about the battery charging issue on my device, and they quickly figured out that it was a problem with the charging chip. The person I spoke with from customer service was really nice and helpful. They said they would send me a new device, the IQC, to replace the broken one. I was surprised by how much I liked the new IQC compared to my old one. It was definitely a quality upgrade. Overall, I'm really happy with how quickly and efficiently Da Vinci Vaporizer's customer service team resolved my problem.

So I bought this vape from this company and it broke after a few months. I reached out to customer service but got no response for 5 days! I had to go on Reddit and make a post just to get someone to reply. And even then, the warranty was no help! I recommend checking out Pax Vapes instead. Save your money and avoid these expensive and unreliable products.

I bought an IQ2 Vaporizer from this store, and it broke down after a few months. When I spoke to their customer service, they asked me to send it back for repairs. I did what they said, but when I received it back, it still didn't work. I sent it for repairs once more, and the same issue occurred. I tried reaching out through email, but it's been three weeks, and I haven't heard back. I not only wasted money buying the vaporizer, but also on postage to send it back twice. I've been a loyal customer, purchasing a different model before and two IQ2's, but the lack of response is really getting to me. I'm now thinking about trying a different brand in the hopes of better customer service.

I bought the Microc vaporizer back in July, but it never seemed to work right. It stopped turning on completely within a month. I got in touch with customer service, sent it off for repairs. They said it was a soldering problem, fixed it up, only for it to break again by the end of October. I've been messaging and asking for repairs for almost a week now, but they're ignoring me. Overall, I'm really let down by the product and the terrible customer service.

I bought these three Miqro vapes from this company and man, I gotta say, I'm super disappointed in the quality. Only used them a total of 20 times and all three just conked out on me. The batteries were already not great, but the whole units just stopped working, which is just not cool. So I contacted customer service and they were quick to blame it on the battery and user error. Like, come on! I've never had issues with my other vapes from different brands. Seems like this company has a pattern of poor quality and service, just check out the TrustPilot reviews.

Ya know what, those "smart" vaporizers aren't all they're cracked up to be. The quality is just plain terrible - my battery died on me after only a few months of not even using it. And when I tried to switch out the battery, the stupid thing wouldn't even close properly, kept popping open on me. Plus, these vaporizers always seem to get jammed up and overheated way too quickly. Don't waste your money on 'em, go for something dependable instead.

Davinci's are the worst

Davinci's are a pain to clean, eh? You gotta douse 'em with loads of alcohol and still can't get 'em fully clean. The spot where the tar and resin collect is nasty and impossible to clean thoroughly. After using it a lot, you start to feel gross from all the dirt inside. Cleaning it is a total nightmare, I even ended up hurting myself trying. Definitely not worth it, eh!
