As a client at the salon, I had a really good time with the haircare products I bought. The staff knew their stuff and were super nice, they helped me pick the perfect products for my hair. But I gotta say, I was a bit bummed about the return policy being kinda unclear, it caused some confusion when I tried to return something. Despite that, I had a great time shopping at the salon and would totally suggest their products to others.

I picked up a calendar, eh? But man, I was ticked off 'cause they didn't include the screen savers I was lookin' for! I tried to reach out to 'em, but it was such a hassle, wasted so much time on their website and got nowhere.

I recently bought a drive shaft from BuyAutoParts and had a problem with the availability of the item. I placed my order, got a confirmation number, but then got an email saying the item was out of stock. When I checked their website again, I saw the same part listed as in stock at a much higher price. I called and chatted with their customer service, but they said prices on the website can change and might not show accurate stock levels. The price of the drive shaft had more than doubled from what I originally paid, which made me feel like I was tricked. It's not right for a company to not stick to the price at the time of purchase and use these shady business tactics.
