Reservation assistance by hotel staff
I was on a road trip, totally wiped out and needing somewhere to crash for the night. I gave a ring to book a room at the hotel in Santee SC, but was told they were all booked up. But get this, the person working there didn't just leave me hanging. They actually took the time to look for other options nearby and ended up booking me a room at another hotel. Their customer service was next level, and it really saved my bacon on this trip.

I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so I rely on customer support when I encounter issues with the platform. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occasions where I have had to wait on hold for an unreasonably long time before being disconnected without any resolution. As a small business without an IT department, this has been incredibly frustrating and has hindered our ability to efficiently operate our online store.

My wasted gift cards
I'm super disappointed, eh? I had $300 in gift cards from way back, before this place got a new owner, and now they won't take 'em! It's such a letdown, can't believe they'd leave my money like that. They said they can't find the old info 'cause of the new owners, but seriously, that's a weak excuse. And the customer service was awful, eh? It's 2021, customer service should be top-notch! But no, they really messed up.

Difficulty signing documents
I just bought this PDF editing software and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. It's supposed to be easy to use, but I had so many problems just trying to sign a document. And on top of that, there was no one to help me with the technical stuff, making me feel like I threw my money away on a crappy product. I'd advise anyone looking for efficient and reliable document editing to stay away from this software.

Double order, timely resolution
I ordered the same thing twice by mistake, but the customer service team was amazing and fixed it right away! They even said I could keep the extra item or donate it. How cool is that?
