    I just bought some contact lenses from this company and paid extra for express shipping. But I was really let down when my order didn't arrive in the 1-2 business days like they promised. I tried contacting customer service through email a few times, but they weren't helpful and didn't fix the problem. It's not right for a company to lie about their shipping and not make up for their mistakes. I recommend staying away from this company when buying anything.

    Contact lenses order mistake

    I ordered contact lenses with a prescription of -1.5, but when they arrived, they were +1.5 instead. I sent back the wrong boxes, but VisionPros wouldn't give me a refund or credit. They didn't even seem sorry for their mistake. I've tried to complain, but I haven't gotten anywhere. Dealing with VisionPros has left me feeling like I've wasted my time and money.

    I recently decided to switch from my regular contact lens provider to give a new company a try, VisionPros. I was pretty let down by my whole experience with them. It took more than two weeks for them to get my order ready, which is just not cool especially when my old provider could get my lenses to me in only 1-3 days. When I reached out to their support team because I hadn't gotten a shipping notification within 3 business days, they told me they didn't even have what I ordered in stock. They didn't make that clear on their website, so it caused a lot of unnecessary delays and stress. Even though they threatened to charge me a restocking fee, their own policy says it should be a lot less for items that haven't been shipped yet. The shipping process was a mess too, my delivery was delayed a whole week because of problems with the carrier. VisionPros has pretty much let me down in every way, from how their website is set up to their customer service to how they handle shipping. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from them, there are way better options out there.
