Gift purchase mishap
Oh man, I made a mistake when buying a gift and ended up accidentally signing up for auto renewal on multiple orders. But the customer service team was fantastic! I shot them an email and they fixed the error right away on all my orders. I've had issues with other companies when trying to cancel orders, but not with these guys. Their customer service was so helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!
Kids subscriptions
I've been getting my niece and nephew kids subscriptions for a while now. Just got a 6-month subscription set up, but I messed up the delivery address. The package ended up coming to my place instead of my nephew's spot two provinces over. Contacted customer service and they were on it right away, fixing everything up. They switched the address for the next deliveries and even sent a new package to my nephew. Super impressed by how nice and fast they were in fixing the problem.
Renewal info question
I just wanted to find out how much it would be to renew my subscription for six months, including shipping. So, I gave customer service a shout, and let me tell you, those folks were so nice and really helped me out! They laid out all the expenses for me, even the taxes, which was super handy. Thanks to that info, I didn't have to cancel my renewal because I had no idea how much it would all add up to. It would be awesome if we could see renewal costs right on our account page too. By the way, my kid is absolutely loving those craft boxes!
Discounted order
I recently bought something from this company and was excited about getting a discount for signing up for their promos. But when I went to check out, the discount didn't show up and there was no code to use. I emailed customer service about it and surprisingly got a quick reply. They gave me a credit for the discount that should have been on my order. The way they handled it made me happy and I left feeling pretty good about the whole thing.
STEM Subscription boxes for kids
The STEM subscription boxes for kids are so awesome, eh? They're super well thought out and just right for their age. We've been getting them for 3 years now for our 2 kiddos and the stuff inside is top-notch. They're perfect for playing solo and help the kids learn important skills on their own. I've been a loyal customer of this company for a couple of years now, getting my subscription boxes on the regular. I recently signed up for a subscription box from this company and ran into some problems with my order.
